The present disclosure is applied to touch technology, and provides an integrating circuit. The integrating circuit comprises an impedance unit, an amplifier, an integration capacitor, a discharge capacitor, a first switch and a second switch. The amplifier comprises a first input terminal, a second input terminal and an output terminal configured to output an output signal; the integration capacitor is coupled between the first input terminal and the output terminal; the first switch is coupled between the first input terminal of the amplifier and the second terminal of the discharge capacitor; and the second switch is coupled between the first terminal and the second terminal of the discharge capacitor.

Integrating circuit and capacitance sensing circuit

The present application provides a square wave generating method, applied in a square wave generating circuit, configured to generate a mimetic square wave signal, wherein the square wave generating circuit has a breakdown voltage. The square wave generating method comprises the square wave generating circuit generating the mimetic square wave signal as a first voltage during a first time interval; the square wave generating circuit generating the mimetic square wave signal as a second voltage during a second time interval; and the square wave generating circuit generating the mimetic square wave signal as a transient voltage during a transient interval between the first time interval and the second time interval, wherein the transient voltage is between the first voltage and the second voltage; wherein a first voltage difference between the first voltage and the second voltage is greater than the breakdown voltage.

Square wave generating method and square wave generating circuit

A capacitive detection circuit is provided according to the disclosure. The capacitive detection circuit is applied to an electronic device. The electronic device includes a touch screen, and the touch screen comprises a plurality of receiving electrodes. The capacitive detection circuit includes: a phase detection circuit for detecting a phase of a reception signal and generating a time signal, wherein the receiving electrode receives a transmission signal and generates the reception signal; a mixing module for performing a mixing operation on the reception signal according to the time signal so as to generate an output signal; and a back-end processing module for determining a capacitance corresponding to the receiving electrode according to the output signal. The time signal instructs the mixing module to perform the mixing operation on the reception signal after a first time point.

Capacitive detection circuit and electronic device

A differential circuit is provided. The differential circuit comprises a plurality of electrodes comprising at least a middle electrode, wherein the middle electrode is directly adjacent to a first electrode and a second electrode of the plurality of electrodes; a plurality of amplifiers, coupled to the plurality of electrodes; and at least a buffer, coupled between the middle electrode and at least one amplifier of the plurality of amplifiers.

The present application provides a window function processing module including an integrating circuit, configured to receive an integrating input signal, the integrating circuit comprising an operational amplifier; an integrating capacitor, coupled to an output terminal and a first input terminal of the operational amplifier; and an adjustable impedance module, coupled between the first input terminal of the operational amplifier and an integrating input terminal of the integrating circuit, wherein the adjustable impedance module is controlled by at least one control signal to adjust an impedance value of the adjustable impedance module; and a control unit, coupled to the integrating circuit, configured to generate the at least one control signal according to a window function, to adjust the integration gain of the integrating circuit, such that the integrating output signal is related to an operation result of the integrating input signal and the window function.

Window function processing module

The present application belongs to field of integrated circuit and discloses an electrostatic discharge protection circuit comprising a first N-type transistor and a second N-type transistor. The first N-type transistor comprises a first gate terminal coupled to a ground terminal; a first electrode terminal coupled to the first gate terminal; and a second electrode terminal. The second N-type transistor comprises a second gate terminal coupled to a metal pad; a third electrode terminal coupled to the second gate terminal; a fourth electrode terminal, coupled to the second electrode terminal; and a first deep N well, disposed under the third electrode terminal and the fourth electrode terminal. The ESD protection circuits provided by the embodiments of the present application have advantages of small circuit area and good ESD protection.

Electrostatic discharge protection circuit

A mixing module () comprises a switching mixer (), controlled by a switch signal and configured to receive an inputting signal and generate an outputting signal; a modulating unit (), coupled to the switching mixer () and configured to generate the switch signal; wherein a switching frequency of the switch signal is higher than an and is a specific multiple of inputting frequency of the inputting signal. The mixing module () controls the switching mixer () by using the switch signal which is much higher than the inputting frequency of the inputting signal; oversampling is performed on the inputting signal, so that the spectrum energy of the outputting signal is more concentrated, which can avoid the additional noise due to the introduction of sidelobes or harmonics.
