A wireless communication device and an antenna matching circuit are provided. The wireless communication device includes an RF transceiver, a first SPDT switch, a low noise amplifier, a power amplifier, and the antenna matching circuit. The antenna matching circuit includes a second SPDT switch, a first antenna element, a second antenna element, a first transmission path, a second transmission path, and a plurality of SPST switches. The second SPDT switch is connected to the first SPDT switch. When the antenna matching circuit is switched to a first mode, the second SPDT switch is switched to the first transmission path, and the first antenna element is used to generate a first radiation pattern. When the antenna matching circuit is switched to a second mode, the second SPDT switch is switched to the second transmission path, and the second antenna element is used to generate a second radiation pattern.

Wireless communication device and antenna matching circuit

A communication device and a radio frequency circuit are provided. The communication device includes an antenna element, a transceiver, and the radio frequency circuit. The radio frequency circuit includes a substrate, a first conducting wire, a second conducting wire, and four transmission lines. The four transmission lines are respectively connected to two ends of the first conducting wire and two ends of the second conducting wire to form an input part, an output part, a coupling part, and an isolation part, respectively. The first conducting wire and the second conducting wire are separate from each other and coupled to each other, and each of a width of the first conducting wire and a width of the second conducting wire is not equal to a width of any one of the four transmission lines.

Communication device and radio frequency circuit

A diplexer is proposed. The diplexer is configured to transmit a first signal having a first frequency and a second signal having a second frequency. The diplexer includes a first transmitting port, a second transmitting port, a third transmitting port, a first frequency band unit and a second frequency band unit. The first transmitting port is configured to transmit the first signal. The second transmitting port is configured to transmit the second signal. The third transmitting port is configured to transmit the first signal and the second signal. The first frequency band unit includes a first filter and a resonant circuit. The first filter is configured to filter the second signal. The resonant circuit is electrically connected to the first filter. The second frequency band unit includes at least one second filter. The at least one second filter is configured to filter the first signal.

Diplexer and radio frequency circuit

A radio-frequency device and a radio-frequency component thereof are provided. The radio-frequency component includes a signal transmission line and a first electrostatic protection module coupled to the signal transmission line. The first electrostatic protection module includes a first wire layer including a first wire coupled to the signal transmission line, a first cell layer disposed corresponding to the first wire layer and including a first conductive body and a plurality of first non-conductive portions, a first grounding layer coupled to the first wire layer and the first cell layer, a first dielectric layer disposed between the first wire layer and the first cell layer, and a second dielectric layer disposed between the first cell layer and the first grounding layer. A vertical projection of the first conductive line on the first dielectric layer at least partially overlaps with that of the first cell layer on the same.

Radio-frequency device and radio-frequency component thereof

The present invention is to provide a resonance circuit, which is applicable to a circuit board of a first electronic device provided thereon with a circuit layout, a high-speed connector (e.g., a USB 3.0 connector) at a lateral side of the circuit layout for connecting with a second electronic device, and an antenna for enabling the circuit board to receive and transmit wireless information at a predetermined frequency. The connector and antenna are respectively connected to first and second connecting points of the circuit layout, and the distance between the two connecting points is not less than one wavelength. The resonance circuit is connected to a third connecting point of the circuit layout provided between the above two connecting points, such that the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit covers the reception and transmission frequencies of the antenna, for effectively inhibiting interference between the connector and the antenna.

The present invention provides a small memory device with drivers on device, which comprises a memory and a bluetooth transceiver module or a wireless transceiver module (e.g., IEEE 802.11b). In addition to common memory function, the memory can have a bluetooth drivervon device so that the bluetooth transceiver module can perform short-distance wireless transmission. The bluetooth transceiver module can thus transmit the data in the memory or receive information into the memory for storage. Besides, other common drivers can be inbuilt in the memory so that a computer system can automatically detect and install the drivers. The user needs not to take CD-ROM disks or floppy disks along with him for installation. The present invention provides a portable memory having the effects of short-distance wireless transmission, plug-and-play, and high portability.
