A scapholunate stabilisation implant includes a central part having an elastic deformation capacity enabling the traction movements of the implant, and two end parts having an elastic deformation capacity enabling the torsional movements of the implant, the end parts being provided with at least one hole through which the fixing screw is passed, the central part and the end parts being connected by rods that can withstand the torsional deformations of the implant.

The self-locking osteosynthesis device includes a plate equipped with holes for the passage of fixation screws. The invention is characterized in that, at least in the areas defining the screw holes, the aforementioned plate is made from a material having mechanical properties such that the periphery of the holes can be self-tapped by means of tapping screws which can be used to fix the plate.

A scapholunate stabilization graft is made up of an oblong plate, made of a material having a resilient deformation capability. The ends of the plate are provided with at least one hole enabling an attachment screw to pass therethrough, and the central portion of which has an opening defined by two opposite sides. A spring connects two remote points of said sides, said spring being placed along the diagonal within said opening.
