A method of simulating a local system which is in interaction with other local systems within a global environment. The method includes generating, at a central location, a collection of global sets of values, each representing a possible future global state of the global environment at a future time, and the collection representing a variety of possible future global states. The method also includes transmitting the collection of global sets of values to the local systems. The local systems receive some of the collection, select a local set of parameters, and perform calculations on that data. The collection of values is used as a predictive simulation of the local system.

So that its two plenums () are both mobile, both relative to one another and relative to chassis (). Device) forms a mobile protective isolation device for immunosuppressed persons.

Mobile aeraulic isolation device against airborne contamination with variable geometry air diffuser

Ionic emission electrostatic device () for depositing on the surface (sp) of a multitude of aerosol particles (p, p, . . . , pn) within a fluid (F), a quasi-homogeneous quantity of ions (i). This electrostatic device () is constituted by a conductive discharge corona electrode (EC) and a noncorona conductive receptor electrode (ER). The pseudo-planar active face (SA) of its receptor electrode (ER) is covered by a plurality of craters with sharp edges, in a closed pseudo circle, exhibiting on their end edges (Ai) a section of minimum bend radius, and enclosing the orifices (O, O, . . . , On) and terminating towards the outside of the active face (SA). The craters are distributed quasi-uniformly on the active face (SA), in its two geometric directions. The surface flow of ions (i) originating from the corona electrode (EC) and in the direction of the active face of the receptor electrode (ER) has an increased homogeneity.
