A drive assembly with passive cooling and/or lubrication. The drive assembly includes a housing, an electric motor having a shaft that is rotatably drivable about an axis of rotation, and a gear assembly located in the housing. The gear assembly is rotatably drivable by the shaft, and includes a plurality of gears that are rotatable in a rotational drive direction. An oil removal opening is located on an inner wall of the housing aligned with the gears, with the oil removal opening being located between −45 and +45 degrees from a horizontal plane that extends through the axis of rotation on a rotationally upward moving side of the gears in the rotational drive direction. The oil removal opening has an upper edge that is angled and faces counter to the rotational drive direction. An oil delivery channel extends from the oil removal opening to a feed port for the motor.

Passive oil pump arrangement for cooling an electric motor

An arrangement for supporting an input gear of a transmission in a motor vehicle, in particular a ring gear, characterized in that a pot-shaped support element () is provided, whereby a drive gear to drive the input gear engages into a recess () of the support element (), and, for purposes of bearing the input gear, the support element () extends at least partially underneath the input gear radially on the inside.

Arrangement for supporting an input gear of transmission

A controlled axial biasing unit () is provided which substantially includes a first ramp disk () and a second ramp disk (), each of which disks is configured with a plurality of ramp contours (). An annular cage () that carries a plurality of rolling elements () is inserted between the first ramp disk () and the second ramp disk (). At least the first ramp disk (), the second ramp disk () and the cage () are made by a shaping method without chip removal. Each of the first ramp disk () and the second ramp disk () is configured with a continuous wall (). Likewise through this shaping method, the first ramp disk () and the second ramp disk () have on an outer periphery (U) an integrally formed safety stop device () for respective end positions.

Controlled axial biasing unit

A preload unit module, which has at least one ramp disk and a cage, which carries a plurality of rolling bodies that are held axially against one another in a positively locking fashion. The cage is rotationally pivotable relative to the at least one ramp disk.

Preload unit module

A rolling bearing arrangement, which has at least one angular contact rolling bearing arranged within a housing and at least one lash compensation element that is supported axially in one direction on the housing and is capable of being biased against a bearing ring of the angular contact rolling bearing with the bearing ring being axially movable relative to the housing, and a U-shaped ring which has two radially opposing legs directed in an axial direction. The U-shaped ring rendering the lash compensation element radially immovable by positive engagement while being guided on the bearing ring of the angular contact rolling bearing for axial displacement relative to the bearing ring, and the axial section of the bearing ring projecting axially between the legs of the ring profile.

Rolling bearing arrangement

A prestressing unit which has a first ramp disk and a second ramp disk. Ramp contours are formed in one side of an annular face of the ramp disks. In the prestressing unit, the rolling bodies ascend and/or descend on the ramp contours as a result of rotational pivoting of one of the ramp disks in relation to the other ramp disk about an axis. The ramp contours are each formed as a single-part running face for the rolling bodies. The running face is inclined with respect to the axis.
