A membrane valve for fluid media, comprising a valve body, a membrane, a pressure piece, and a drive) for the pressure piece. The membrane is coupled to the pressure piece by a connecting element, having a wall which projects from the membrane in the direction of the pressure piece. A latching hook laterally protrudes from one side and a free space is provided on the other side such that the wall. The latch hook can be deflected in order to connect the latching hook to a corresponding receiving portion on the pressure piece. A stationary pin engages into the free space when the membrane is raised from the valve seat of the valve body and protrudes out of the free space when the membrane is resting on the valve seat.

Membrane valve

A diaphragm valve includes a valve body and a compressor which is actuatable by a valve stem for operating a diaphragm and has an outer circumference which is formed with at least one axial groove. The compressor is guided by an intermediate piece in axial direction and restrained by the intermediate piece against rotation. The intermediate piece has an inside wall which is formed with at least one axial guide nose for engagement in the groove of the compressor.

Diaphragm valve

A diaphragm for a diaphragm valve in particular for liquid fluids includes a backing membrane and a primary membrane which are supported by a central connection pin. Disposed axially between the backing membrane and the primary membrane is a reinforcing element.

A compressor for operating a diaphragm of polymer material for a diaphragm valve includes a base body having a diaphragm-proximal surface, and a material layer at least partially provided on the diaphragm-proximal surface and having a very low coefficient of friction.

Compressor for a diaphragm valve

A diaphragm valve includes a valve body defining a passageway constructed to form a valve seat, and a diaphragm. A compressor moves the diaphragm between a closing position in which a flow of fluid through the passageway is barred as the diaphragm is caused by the compressor to seal the valve seat, and an open position in which at least part of a cross section of the passageway is bounded by the diaphragm to thereby enable a flow of fluid through the passageway substantially without narrowing the cross section of the passageway.

A flowmeter for measuring a flow velocity of a fluid in a pipeline includes a measuring tube having opposite ends. Two ultrasonic transducers are disposed respectively at the opposing ends of the measuring tube, and two connection pipes are provided for attachment of the flowmeter to the pipeline and extend in axial relationship to the pipeline.

Flowmeter

A valve body for a valve assembly includes a main passageway in which a primary valve is received which has a weir constructed to define a valve seat and to interact with a valve element in the form of a diaphragm. Integrated in the valve body is a secondary valve having a weir which defines a valve seat and interacts with a second valve element in the form of a diaphragm. The secondary valve is constructed to allow establishment of a fluid communication upstream of the valve seat of the primary valve between the main passageway and a branch line, via which a medium sample can be extracted and/or steam and/or condensate can be, optionally, released.

Valve body for a valve assembly

A flowmeter includes a floating body which floats freely in a stream in a measuring tube, and is acted upon by a flowing force, buoyancy and a weight. In order to generate a counterforce, a measuring spring is fixedly connected to the floating body. The floating body is preferably self-stabilized through a selection of corresponding geometrical relationships. The measuring spring can optionally be rotatably supported on the floating body and/or the measuring tube. The floating body is suitably made of light weight plastic material, so that the density (mass/volume) of the floating body matches the density of the flowing medium.

A hand drive for shut-off members is described, for example for membrane valves, the hand drive comprises a hand wheel for actuating the valve which is provided with a closure limiter and a valve lift limiter, the hand wheel is provided with two inserts mounted thereon for axial adjustability; and wherein the inserts interact with a threaded spindle coupled with a valve element so as to adjust the valve lift limiter and the closure limiter.

A sealing arrangement for an actuator, in particular a valve stem, that is movably mounted in a housing, includes a single-piece, profiled seal body which encircles the actuator in form of a sleeve. The seal body bears upon the actuator under bias and has several ring-type gaskets in form of axially spaced O-ring sealing sections and annular lip sealing sections at the axial ends of the seal body, for sealing fluid and working spaces.

A plastic body, in particular a valve for use with aggressive fluids, includes a valve box having an inner body made of especially chemically highly resistant plastic material and provided with passageways for flow of fluid, and an outer body made of especially mechanically high-strength plastic material and supporting the inner body. The outer body is shaped to form simultaneously the valve casing which is provided with a suitable thread for attachment of a bonnet and conduits.

Valve assembly

A diaphragm valve includes a valve body accommodating an axial valve stem and housing a weir-type valve seat which cooperates with a diaphragm operated by a hand wheel for regulating a flow of fluid through the weir. A screw nut extends axially between the valve body and the hand wheel for limiting a closing lift of the diaphragm by impacting on the valve body. The screw nut is connected in form-fitting manner with the hand wheel so as to follow a displacement of the valve stem when turning the hand wheel for opening and closing of the valve.

A position indicator apparatus for a valve of the type having a valve housing and a valve element, includes an actuator spindle fixedly secured to the valve element of the valve and an indicator spindle operatively connected to the actuator spindle. The indicator spindle is guided in a bush which is provided with an external thread for engagement to the valve housing of the valve. The upper end of the indicator spindle is provided with a complementary ribbed crown which protrudes a ribbed stationary guide member. A stroke of the valve element is transmitted to the actuator valve which in turn forces the indicator spindle upwards so that the ribbed crown moves past the perimeter of the guide member for displaying the respective position of the valve.
