In a data communications network building automation system, integration of wirelessly communicating network nodes is visualized in a process environment on an output unit of a commissioning device. The current spatial position of the commissioning device is detected and represented in the visualized process environment by detecting an identification signal of the network nodes and determining a relative spatial position of the network nodes for which the identification signal was detected. A proposal for the assignment of the detected identification signal to a node model is stored in a database based on the relative spatial position, in relation to the spatial position of the commissioning device.

Method for integration of network nodes

Such an electrical device () comprises an electrical module () for the purpose of communicating between the electrical module () and another electrical device. An identification transmitter () is provided which has a first position, in which the electrical module () is in a non-operative state, and a second position, in which the electrical module () is in an operative state. In addition, an identification pick-up () is provided which interacts with the identification transmitter () in the second position in order to evaluate information defined by the identification transmitter (). The switching logical member ( ) is coupled to the memory cell ( ) and the monitoring member ( ) in such a way that the feed module ( ) can be separated from the bus ( ) on the basis of an item of information stored in the memory cell ( ) or on the basis of a certain current level detected by the monitoring member ( ). With the memory cell ( ) the bus subscriber node ( ) can be configured as a feeding or as a non-feeding bus subscriber node and can be used in communication networks with central and decentral feed.
