A twine knotter has a knotter frame (). An intermediate shaft () is rotatably supported on the knotter frame () around a longitudinal axis L. A shaft input () connects the intermediate shaft () to an output element () of a knotter drive shaft (). At least one knotter hook shaft () is rotatably supported around a knotter hook axis (K, K) on the knotter frame (). The at least one knotter hook shaft () is drive-wise connected to the intermediate shaft (). The at least one knotter hook shaft carries a knotter hook () to form a knot. The twine knotter () is formed as an independent assembly. The twine knotter () is drive-wise detachably connectable, via the shaft input () of the intermediate shaft (), to the knotter drive shaft ().

Twine knotter

A crop lifter for a mower of a harvesting machine has a support bar attachable to the mower. The support bar has a carrier. A lifter rod is detachably mounted on the carrier. The lifter rod is connectable at a multitude of positions to the carrier distanced in the longitudinal direction of the lifter rod, to the carrier.

Crop lifter

A mowing finger arrangement has a lower element and an upper element connected to each other and forms two mowing fingers. A space is formed to accommodate a cutting device between the lower element and the upper element. The two mowing fingers are connected to each other via, respectively, a connection web on the upper element and on the lower element on a rear end of the mowing finger, when viewed in working direction. At least one of the connection webs has, at least portion wise, an off-set to provide an enlarged distance between the connection webs.

Mowing finger arrangement

A mowing finger arrangement and mowing bar for finger bar mowers of a harvester, as well as a method for manufacturing mowing fingers has an upper and lower element connected together to form at least one mowing finger. The mowing finger arrangement serves to guide a mowing sickle and forms counter cutting edges for the sickle blades arranged on the mowing sickle. An abutment on the upper element delimits upward movement of the mowing sickle when a downward force is exerted on the face end of the sickle blades.

A crop lifter for a mower of a harvesting machine with at least one mowing finger () has a carrier rail () and a stalk lifter (). A first end () of the carrier rail () can be fixed to the mower. The stalk lifter () is connected to a second end () of the carrier rail (). The stalk lifter (), together with the carrier rail (), encloses an acute angle.

Tines () attached to a supporting body () have a gripping element () and a fastening element (). The gripping element () has a bar-shape design and is made from plastic. The fastening element (), made from spring steel, has a connecting section () connected to the gripping device (). Also, the fastening element () has a fastening section () that fastens to the supporting body (). An elastically resilient spring section () is arranged between the fastening section () and connecting section ().

Tine for an agricultural implement

A tine carrier arrangement for a reel of a harvester for cereals has a tine carrier () rotatably attached on the reel around a rotational axis D. An adjustment element () is connectable to an adjustment arrangement of the reel for rotating the tine carrier () around the rotational axis D. The connection mechanism detachably connects the tine carrier () and the adjustment element () to each other to enable different rotational positions of the tine carrier relative to the rotational axis D.

Tine carrier arrangement

A reel for a cutting system for harvesting machines has a central carrier body () defining a longitudinal axis (). The reel central carrier body has an outer face () between a first axial end A and a second axial end B. Several support elements () are arranged along the longitudinal axis () on the carrier body () distanced from each other and supporting tine carriers () arranged on a circle around the longitudinal axis (). Clamping sleeves () have inner faces () adapted to the outer face () of the carrier body (). The clamping sleeves enclose the outer face () in a circumferential direction and leave an axially extending slot () between a first circumferential end () and a second circumferential end (), which ends delimit the slot (). The support elements () are mounted on the clamping sleeves. A clamping mechanism () is arranged on each of the clamping sleeves () close to the first circumferential end () and the second circumferential end () of the clamping sleeve (). The clamping mechanism enables the clamping sleeves () to be tightened against the outer face () of the carrier body ().

Reel

The invention relates to a reciprocating cutting bar for the cutting gear of an agricultural machine, comprising a longitudinal axis () along which the reciprocating cutting bar may be moved in a working direction for crop cutting, a finger bar (), cutting fingers (), which are fixed to the finger bar (), each forming counter cutters (), a knife () with a knife bar (), having knife blades () fixed to the knife bar () which each have cutters (), whereby the knife () is made to oscillate relative to the finger bar () along a transverse axis (), which is arranged horizontally and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (), rollers (), by means of which the knife () is supported against the finger bar () to the rear when viewed in the working direction. The rollers () are each mounted to rotate on a roller holder () and the roller holders () are fixed to the finger bar ().

A sieve for a thresher, especially a combine-harvester, for the separation of grain-like field fruits from stalk-like and chaff-like components has channels () extending parallel to a longitudinal axis (). The channels () are open to a first side A, from which they are loaded. The channels () are delimited by a bottomand laterally following flanks () which include openings (). Air guide following channels () are open to a second side B, which face away from the first side A. The two air guide channels () are arranged in a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis () and are separated by a continuous separation wall (). The separation wall () extends between two neighbouring channels () which extend parallel to the longitudinal axis (). In these separated air guide channels (), respectively, the openings () of only one of the two channels () separated by the air guide channels () are open.

Sieve

A tine for fixing to a cylindrical carrier tube of a reel, in addition to a tine assembly comprising a carrier tube and a tine. The tine () comprises the following: a coil spring section () with at least one convolution wound about a coil spring axis () as far as a screw line; an engagement section (), which is immediately adjacent to and leads continuously from the first end () of the convolution of the coil spring section (), terminating in a free end (); a fixing section (), which is immediately adjacent to the second end () of the convolution and whose free end is bent to form an eyelet () with a through opening () that projects towards the first end () of the convolution; and a bearing section () located upstream of the eyelet (). The coil spring axis () and the bending axis () are offset in the same direction in relation to the engagement section (). The longitudinal axis () constitutes the bending axis and runs parallel to the coil spring axis (). The carrier tube () is located between an exterior peripheral section of the coil spring section () and the fixing section (), in such a way that it is partially surrounded by the sections. The tine () is fixed to the cylindrical carrier tube () by a fixing screw ().
