Azolylmethylcycloalkanes of the formula I ##STR1## where A and B are identical or different and are each hydrogen, unsubstituted or halogen-substituted alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, naphthyl, hetaryl, biphenyl or phenyl, where the phenyl radical can be substituted by halogen, nitro, alkyl, alkoxy or haloalkyl, each of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, phenoxy or phenylsulfenyl, D and E are identical or different and are each hydrogen or halogen, Z is CH or N, m can be 1, 2, 3 or 4 and n can be 0, 1 or 2, their addition salts with acids and their metal complexes, and the preparation of these compounds, are described. The compounds are useful for treating disorders and for crop, wood and material protection.

Azolylmethylcycloalkanes, their preparation and their use as drugs

Azolylmethylcycloacetals of the formula I ##STR1## where R is phenyl which can be substituted by halogen, or is C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, R.sup.1 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 -alkyl, Z is CH or N, and m is 0 or 1, and their physiologically tolerated addition salts with acids and their preparation are described. The novel substances have an antimycotic action.

Azolylmethylcycloacetals, their preparation and their use as drugs

Trans-3-(4'-tert.-Butylcyclohex-1'-yl)-2-methyl-1-dialkylaminopropanes of the formula I ##STR1## where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each alkyl and the sum of the carbon atoms in R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 is 5, 6, or 7, and their salts with physiologically tolerated acids, and their preparation, are described. The novel compounds are useful as active compounds for drugs.

Trans-3-(4'-tert.-Butylcyclohex-1'yl)-2-methyl-1-dialkylaminopropanes,

2-Carbamic acid esters of 2,4-diamino-5-(3',4',5'-trimethoxybenzyl)-pyrimidine (trimethoprim), a process for their preparation, and drugs containing these compounds, which, as pro-drugs of trimethoprim, have valuable antibacterial properties and potentiate the antibacterial action of sulfonamides.

N-Pyrimidinyl-carbamic acid esters, their preparation, and drugs

2-Acylamino-4-amino-5-benzylpyrimidines substituted in the phenyl ring of the benzyl radical, their production and their use as sulfonamide potentiators, as well as agents containing the same, are disclosed. The compounds 4-amino-2-formamido-5-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)-pyrimidine and 4-amino-2-acetamido-5-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)-pyrimidine are examples of the subject pyrimidines.
