The invention relates to a method for operating a piston pump with a differential cylinder drive () with at least two differential cylinders () for driving at least two conveying pistons movable in conveying cylinders, each conveying piston being driven via an associated differential cylinder () of the differential cylinder drive () for operating the piston pump, with a hydraulic circuit () for driving the differential cylinder drive () by the action of hydraulic fluid. The invention also relates to a piston pump for carrying out the method.

Piston pump and method for operating a piston pump

A method for feeding pasty masses using a pump device which has a piston pump with at least two cylinders, each having one piston, is disclosed. Each cylinder of the pump device is connected to a pre-fill container via an inlet opening and to a feed line via an outlet opening. Pasty mass is fed from the pre-fill container into the respective cylinder during a suction stroke of a cylinder with the inlet opening open and the outlet opening closed, and pasty mass is fed into the feed line during a pump stroke of a cylinder with the outlet opening open and the inlet opening closed. The piston velocity is greater during the suction stroke than during the pump stroke. Near or at the end of the suction stroke, the inlet opening is closed, whereafter the pasty mass is compressed in the cylinder before the outlet opening is opened.

Distribution device for thick matter, especially for concrete

In a distribution device intended in particular for concrete distribution, a scissor-like assembly of conveying-conduit elements is provided to ensure lengthwise adjustment of the concrete-conveying conduit to a telescopic distribution-boom section which supports the concrete-conveying conduit. The scissor assembly is designed such that the articulation points of the conveying-conduit elements move past each other while the telescope is being extended or retracted from one end position to the other, and alternately assume transposed positions when the telescope is fully retracted or fully extended. The conveying-conduit elements will always assume an extended position, either against the direction of concrete conveyance or in the direction of concrete conveyance, when the telescope is either fully retracted or fully extended.

Two-cylinder thick matter pump

A two-cylinder slurry pump (,) includes: a filling tank (,) for receiving thick matter; an agitator whose shaft (,) is placed in the filling tank (,), and a pivoting sleeve valve (,) fitted in the filling tank (,) which regulates the alternating intake and delivery strokes of the delivery cylinder. This pump also has an entry branch and an exit branch (,) pivotingly connected with the delivery piping (,). In accordance with the invention, the entry openings (,) of the delivery cylinders (,) are positioned behind the back wall (,) of the filling tank, and the exit branch (,) is positioned between the agitator shaft (,) and the back wall (,).

Two-cylinder slurry pump

In a mixing drum (16) of a vehicle mixer is supported a coaxial pipe (24) which together with a closure element (36) and a feeding hopper (42) forms a constructional unit. The pipe (24) is supported by two bearings of the mixing drum (16) so as to be relatively rotatable and longitudinally displaceable. The closure element (36) serves for closing a tail opening (20) of the drum (16) and can be adjusted axially with the central pipe (24) by means of an adjusting device in order to open or close the tail opening (20) of the drum. The pipe (24) extends nearly over the entire length of the mixing drum and ensures the vibration-free bearing of the closure element so that between it and the drum mouth during driving, no relative shifts can occur which would damage the drum mouth sealing. The constructional unit can be pulled as a unit from the mixing drum so that maintenance work can readily be carried out.

In a pump for thick matter with delivery cylinders (1, 2), in particular a two-cylinder concrete pump, which in order to control the flow of thick matter, incorporates a distributing regulator (11) that is connected permanently at an outlet opening (8) with the pump-side end (9) of a delivery line (7) and which incorporates at least one inlet opening (12) where it is sealed on the web (29) between the thick-matter flow passage openings (16, 17) from the delivery cylinders into a supply tank (6), the thick-matter flow passage openings (16, 17) and the inlet opening (12) of the distributing regulator (11) being of identical outline and area, the distributing regulator (11) connecting adjacent thick matter flow passage openings (16, 17) alternately with the delivery line (7) and the supply tank (6) by a rotating movement, the present invention provides for the fact that the thick-matter flow passage openings (16, 17) together with their associated delivery cylinder openings (22, 23) are each connected through a standoff pipe (24, 25), and the inside diameters of the flow passage openings (16, 17) that are formed by the standoff pipes (24, 25) are reduced on the web (29), the reduction in the diameter in the distributing regulator inlet opening (12) being matched to the web (29) (FIG. 1).

In a hydraulic slide valve control for working cylinders with unequal piston speeds, in which the volume stream of the hydraulic working medium that loads the piston is adjusted to the prevailing piston speed and the direction of motion of the piston is set with a pilot-operated distribution valve, it is provided according to the invention that the redirecting valve (S3) is hydraulically pilot-operated with a pilot valve (A), which is adjustable by the control impulses for the working cylinder (1) and that between the pilot control paths (11, 12) from the pilot valve (A) to the redirecting valve (S3) a hydraulically pilot-operated control valve (B) is installed, through which runs one of the two volume streams of the hydraulic working medium, where a piston speed is assigned to each position of the control valve (B).

Hydraulic control device for working cylinders with unequal piston speeds

A switching arrangement for controlling the speed of hydraulic drives, wherein a speed of the drive is assigned to a corresponding flow rate of a hydraulic medium. The flow rate is determined by a preselected pair of phased nozzles placed in the inlet and outlet lines. The nozzle flow rates are selected such that switching between a series of nozzle pairs creates a smoothly changing speed of the hydraulic drive, thus eliminating jolting during starting and braking.

A slurry pump for mixing concrete includes a charge funnel, a pair of discharge cylinders, and a discharge line operable with each other to form a slurry flow control. A control valve has an exit port connected with the discharge line and an entrance port that is alternatively positioned in front of an opening of each discharge cylinder. A pair of gate valve disks are positioned one on each side of the entrance port. The size of each gate valve disk conforms to a surface between the discharge cylinder openings such that in a change-over midpoint of the control valve the openings of the discharge cylinders are sealed off by the gate valve disks, and the entrance port and the control valve is sealed off on the surface between the discharge cylinders for the execution of a partial stroke a discharge cylinder piston which compresses the drawn in slurry. A compensation cylinder prevents slurry interruptions during the change-over the control valve. A combinatorial circuit controls the drive of each discharge cylinder and the slurry flows such that during the change over of the control valve the compensation cylinder pushes slurry into the discharge line and such that during a subsequent discharge cycle of one of the discharge cylinders the compensation cylinder is filled with slurry. A combinatorial circuit lets the drive of the discharge cylinder actually delivering slurry deliver faster in proportion to the amount of the slurry taken in by the compensation cylinder. The combinatorial circuit delays the change over of the control valve such that one of the gate valve disks closes off the opening of the discharge cylinder associated with it.

The invention relates to a two-cylinder thick matter pump having a piston storage which is filled during the thick matter feed with the feed cylinders and evacuated by the hydrocontrolled storage piston into the feed pipe between the strokes of the feed pistons to reduce the pressure drop and the undelivered amount in the feed pipe. The inventive proposal is that the hydrocontrol of the storage piston (10) is served by a working piston (8) to be acted upon hydraulically on both sides, that is controlled with the feed cylinders and whose limits of travel, with the limits of travel of the storage piston (10), are fixed on the storage driving cylinder (7) when the storage cylinder (4) is fully evacuated and is filled.

Two-cylinder thick matter pump having a piston storage

A double-belt conveyor band with a continuously revolving conveyor band, the belt of which is supported on a band feeder and in connection with a steep segment on trough roller assemblies, and is supported flatly on the steep segment, as well as with a continuously revolving covering band. The belt is buckled in the conveyor seam for the formation of closed conveyor spaces, preferably between traction reinforcements positioned externally, the shear-resistant lateral reinforcements acting in cooperation therewith. The belt ends are pressed on one another and the longitudinal edges of the belt are held together. It is provided in accordance with the invention that, in order to hold together the belts on both longitudinal edges of the cover band, fasteners projecting externally are provided with opposing apertures to which the longitudinal edges of the conveyor belt, during the running of the trough roller assemblies, approach or move away from during the running of the conveyor belt. At least one band support roller or band guide roller is installed downstream of the last trough roller assembly and flattens and supports the conveyor belt and which further engages with the hooks via its longitudinal edges for pressing the belt edges on one another, as well as for reciprocal holding together of the belts.

In a spool valve for thick matter pumps comprising at least one slide rod running forward and backward which is movable in a guide means and surrounded by a seal, and a drive consisting of working pistons associated with each slide rod, the working pistons each cooperating with one end of the slide rod directed out of a valve casing, and their driving cylinders ending a distance away from the valve casing, the end of the slide rod which runs forward out of the casing being cleaned of adhering thick matter during the backward movement of the piston, the invention provides for the guide means to be disposed on the inside and the seal separate therefrom to be disposed on the outside in front thereof on the valve casing, and for the parts supported loosely on each other in the operative connection between the working piston and the end of the slide rod to provide a gap which is used for assembling and dismounting the seal, the cleaning of the end of the slide rod being effected by the stripping action of the seal.

An adjustable personnel platform (38) is rotatably fastened on a lift tower end, with a carrying arm (42) and a pivot link (43) in the pivot plane of the elements (15, 21, 26) of the lift tower. It is automatically held horizontal through a reversable electric motor (96) and a speed translating drive (66, 67) as well as through a control surrounding a regulator with an inclination measuring device (92). The speed translating gear drive (66, 67) directly drives the rotatable part (64) of the pivot link (43). Between carrying arm (42) and the motor a plurality of direction changing couplings (81, 86) are provided. They arrest the rotation of the carrying arm (42) in both directions of rotation and release the rotary direction of the carrying arm (42) in a respective one of the rotary directions of the motor (97).
