A magnetic element holder () of an electric motor has a carrier formed as a frame structure. The carrier has at least one receiving section () to receive at least one magnetic element (). The invention relates to an electric motor comprising an electronics housing having motor electronics accommodated therein and a stator housing arranged axially at a distance from the electronics housing, wherein, axially between the electronics housing and the stator housing there is arranged a twin-flow cooling wheel which, during operation, generates a first cooling air stream along the electronics housing and a second cooling air stream along the stator housing and/or at least one bearing shield adjoining the stator housing axially.

Electric motor having improved cooling

A motor, comprising an electronics housing having integrated motor electronics, a stator, and a rotor. The stator comprises a stator bushing and a laminated stator core having motor windings. The stator bushing is arranged axially between the electronics housing and the rotor. The motor according to the invention has an air-conveying element connected to the rotor in a rotationally fixed manner and at least one axially extending passage opening arranged in the stator bushing. The air-conveying element is arranged axially between the stator bushing and the rotor and has a circumferential axial intake opening on the side of the stator bushing. During motor operation, the air-conveying element sucks in an axial volumetric air flow at an external wall of the electronics housing through the intake opening and the passage opening.

Active cooling of a motor having an integrated cooling channel

The present invention provides a high-pressure blower comprising a fan arrangement which includes a fan, and a fan housing for conveying working air. An electromotor drives the fan via a motor shaft to provide motor self-ventilation by generating a cooling air stream flowing through the motor due to a cooling wheel driven by the rotor. A wall section separates the interior space of the fan housing accommodating the fan airtight from the interior space of the blower accommodating the electromotor so that the cooling air stream flowing through the electromotor is separated and independent of the air flow of the working air conveyed to the fan.
