A transfer device () for removing or transferring a medium out of or into a bottle () having a bottle neck () that can be closed by means of a closure (), including a first adapter part (), which can be positioned on the bottle, and a second adapter part (), which interacts with the first adapter part, which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the bottle, and has a conducting element () for piercing the closure.
