A high-voltage power switch, preferably with a dead tank design, contains: a switching unit that has a switching device and an actuation element that is axially movable in relation to a longitudinal axis of the switching device to actuate the switching device and a closing resistor unit that has a closing resistor arrangement and an adjusting element that is axially movable in relation to a longitudinal axis of this closing resistor arrangement to actuate the closing resistor arrangement. The actuation element is coupled to the adjusting element in order to move the latter. Accordingly, the longitudinal axis of the switching unit and the longitudinal axis of the closing resistor unit are spaced apart, and the actuation and adjusting elements are coupled by a coupling device of the high-voltage power switch.

A charging mechanism for charging a stored-energy spring of a stored-energy spring mechanism includes a charging gear coupled to the stored-energy spring, an intermediate shaft coupled to the charging gear, an idler gear that can be driven by a charging motor, a freewheel coupled to the idler gear, and a dog clutch that couples the freewheel to the intermediate shaft in order to charge the stored-energy spring and uncouples same from the intermediate shaft in the charged state of the stored-energy spring. The dog clutch has a first clutch block coupled to the intermediate shaft for conjoint rotation, and a second clutch block connected to the freewheel. The first clutch block can be displaced along an axis of rotation of the intermediate shaft between two end positions and, in an intermediate position between the end positions can be freely rotated only in a direction of rotation with respect to the second clutch block.

Charging mechanism for charging a stored-energy spring of a stored-energy spring mechanism

A charging mechanism charges a stored-energy spring of a stored-energy spring mechanism. The charging mechanism contains a charging gear coupled to the stored-energy spring, an intermediate shaft coupled to the charging gear, an idler gear driven by a charging motor, a freewheel coupled to the idler gear, and a dog clutch that couples the freewheel to the intermediate shaft to charge the stored-energy spring and uncouples same from the intermediate shaft in the charged state. The dog clutch contains a first clutch block that is non-rotatably coupled to the intermediate shaft, a second clutch block connected to the freewheel, and a synchronizer ring arranged between the clutch blocks and is non-rotatably coupled to the first clutch block. During a rotation relative to the second clutch block, the synchronizer ring couples in a form-fitting manner to the second clutch block in a first direction of rotation about the axis of rotation.

An assembly and a method for damping contact bounce in high-voltage circuit breakers include a vacuum interrupter and a holder for the vacuum interrupter. The vacuum interrupter includes a housing, at least one movable contact piece and at least one fixed contact piece. At least one mass body is mechanically connected to the at least one fixed contact piece in order to effect damping of the contact bounce between the at least one fixed contact piece and the at least one movable contact piece during a switch-on operation of the high-voltage circuit breaker.

A device includes a transmission assembly having a first override clutch. The first override clutch is used especially for transmitting a torque between a first coupling partner and a second coupling partner. The first override clutch engages and disengages in accordance with a change in the load flow between the coupling partners. A freewheeling member which is associated with the first override clutch neutralizes the engagement between the coupling partners. The neutralization is, in particular, temporary.

The first transmission is operationally connected between a stationary counter bearing and the first electric arc contact piece.

The insulating nozzle arrangement is supported on the first contact set which includes a first arcing contact piece. An electric switching device contains a first contact piece and a second contact piece. The first contact piece can be driven by a first kinematic chain. The second contact piece can be driven by a second kinematic chain. The electric switching device contains a first switching point and a second switching point, which are electrically connected in series, the first contact piece being associated with the first switching point and the second contact piece with the second switching point.

A switching configuration includes a first switching contact set having a rated current contact piece and an arcing contact piece. The arcing contact piece and the rated current contact piece of the first switching contact set are movable relative to one another through a transmission mechanism. The arcing contact piece is supported by a support element on a contact carrier of the rated current contact piece. The transmission mechanism has a transmission mechanism chassis which is supported, particularly directly, on the contact carrier.

An electric switching device includes first and second switch contact pieces. The first switch contact piece has a guide portion. The first switch contact piece is connected to an actuating unit or drive device by a kinematic chain. The guide portion of the first switch contact piece is guided on a guide path. The guide portion and the guide path each have a contact or bearing surface and at least one of the contact or bearing surfaces is convexly curved.

Electrical switching device

A switching device has a first contact side with a first nominal current contact piece and a first electric arc contact piece, and a second contact side with a second electric arc contact piece and a second nominal current contact piece. In order to generate a relative movement between the first and second contact sides, the first electric arc contact piece and the first nominal current contact piece as well as the second electric arc contact piece and the second nominal current contact piece are driven. For switching, the first contact piece is moved by a movement profile and the first nominal current contact piece is moved by a movement profile that differs from the movement profile of the first electric arc contact piece. A movement profile of the second electric arc contact piece and the second nominal current contact piece deviate from each other.

A high-voltage power breaker includes two arcing contact pieces which are separated from one another when disconnected and between which an arc is struck in an arcing area. The arcing area is filled with a quenching gas, where the quenching gas has been heated by the arc flowing out from a constriction point of an insulating nozzle. The insulating nozzle surrounds the arcing area, through at least one outlet flow channel which has a number of areas which the quenching gas passes through successively. The first area which faces the constriction point of the nozzle has a specific flow resistance which is less than that of the constriction point. The first area in the outlet flow direction of the quenching gas is followed by at least one second area, one third area and one fourth area. The specific flow resistance of the second and fourth areas are each greater than the specific flow resistance of the immediately preceding area in the outlet flow direction. The specific flow resistance of the third area is less than that of the second area.
