In an electromagnetic transport system, a transport route is divided into transport sections, each including at least one transport segment. A section control unit is assigned to each transport section, and a segment controller is assigned to each transport segment. A logistics unit, specifies a destination of the transport units to section control units via the logistics network. Section control units are connected to segment controllers of associated transport segments via a segment network and are designed to: determine a track section for the associated transport section from the destination, determine target values using the track section and transmit the target values to the segment controllers via the segment network. Segment controllers supply current to drive coils using target values and occurring actual values to generate a magnetic field which interacts with drive magnets of the transport units to move the transport units.

Electromagnetic transport system

In order to provide a transport unit for a long stator linear motor, wherein the orientation thereof can be easily determined on the long stator linear motor during operational use, according to the invention, the transport unit () has a first guide side (FS) on which a first guide group (G) is arranged and a second guide side (FS) on which a second guide group (G) is arranged. A first magnetic side (S) positioned laterally relative to the longitudinal direction (x) is opposite a second magnetic side (S), wherein the first magnetic side (S) has a magnetic variable with a first value (w) at a first test distance (a) from the center of the first longitudinal extension (I) in the direction of the first end (I), and on the first magnetic side (S), a magnetic variable with a second value (w), corresponding to the first value (w), at the first test distance (a) from the center of the first longitudinal extension (I) in the direction of the first start (I). On the second magnetic side (S), the transport unit () has a magnetic variable with a third value (w) at a second test distance (a) from the center of the second longitudinal extension (I) in the direction of the second end (I), and a magnetic variable with a fourth value (w), corresponding to the third value (w), at the second test distance (a) from the center of the second longitudinal extension (I) in the direction of the second start (I), wherein the first and second values (w, w) differ from the third and fourth values (w, w).

Transport unit for a long stator linear motor

In order to be able to better control the movement of the movable part of the wind power plant during an adjustment, the drive axles are tensioned against each other prior to the adjustment by rotating at least one drive axle relative to the other drive axles, and the drive axles are rotated together in the same direction of rotation during the adjustment the drive axles while maintaining the tensioning of the drive axles by way of a position control, until the desired end position of the movable part is reached.

Method for adjusting an adjustment device of a wind power plant

Method for transferring a transport unit of a long stator linear motor at a transfer position from a first transport section to a second transport section. On each side of the transport unit, excitation magnets are arranged to interact with driving coils, and on both sides of the transport unit, excitation-magnetic lateral forces are acting on the transport unit by an interaction of the excitation magnets with ferromagnetic components of the guide structure. Method includes supplying on at least one side of the transport unit a stator current n a driving coil to generate a lateral force-forming electromagnetic force that acts on the transport unit, so that a resulting lateral force, as a sum of the acting excitation-magnetic lateral force and of the lateral force-forming electromagnetic force, on each side of the transport unit is different to produce a steering effect on the transport unit at the transfer position.

Method and long stator linear motor for transferring a transport unit at a transfer position

In order to implement a transfer position in a long-stator linear motor, in which position a transport unit is magnetically steered in order to be deflected from a first transport sections to a second transport section, a stator current is impressed into the drive coils interacting with the transport unit on a first side of the transport unit in the transfer area in order to generate the steering effect on this first side, which stator current either generates only an electromagnetic lateral force or causes only a braking force against the movement direction of the transport unit, or only a combination thereof.

Method and long-stator linear motor for transferring a transport unit at a transfer position

In a long stator linear motor, in order to implement a transfer position in which a transport unit (Tn) is magnetically steered in order to be redirected from a first transport section (Am) to a second transport section (An) and in order that the forward movement of the transport unit (Tn) remains as unaffected as possible by the transfer, it is provided that at the transfer position (U) on at least one side of the transport unit (Tn), the stator current (i) of at least one driving coil () interacting with an excitation magnet () of the transport unit (Tn) is supplied as a current vector with a propulsive force-forming current component (i) and a lateral force-forming current component (i), and the stator current (i) generates a propulsive force-forming electromagnetic force (F) and/or lateral force-forming electromagnetic force component (F) which is superimposed on the propulsive force (F) acting on the transport unit (Tn) for production of a steering effect (L).
