A method for producing solid cellulose filaments from a fluid of the cellulose by extruding the fluid through a plurality of extrusion openings, whereby fluid filaments are produced, and solidifying the filaments in a coagulation bath, the filaments being bundled in the coagulation bath and being deflected as a bundle in order to be drawn from the coagulation bath above the coagulation bath level, the bundle of filaments assuming a deflection width on a deflecting device, which deflection width is defined in accordance with a formula. A device therefor is also provided.

A method for transporting a viscous fluid through a heat exchanger line that includes transporting a viscous fluid through a connecting piece with an excess pressure release component, where the excess pressure relief component separates an interior of the connecting piece from a discharge line in the connecting piece, and is fixed to an edge of the discharge line, mixing a fluid flow in a region of the excess pressure relief component using a mixing element disposed in the interior of the connecting piece and causing the excess pressure release component to release at least a portion of the fluid through the discharge line when the pressure of the fluid is equal to or greater than a preset excess pressure.

Method of transporting a viscous fluid through a heat exchanger line

Modular microreactors are provided composed of microreactor parts including a plate body which has, on one plate side, a groove-shaped depression in which a reactor tube is accommodated, and the reaction tube has connection ends on the outer sides of the plate body. A device and a method are provided for reacting a starting material in at least two reactors connected to each other, including the reacting of the starting material in a first reactor to a first product, removing the first product from the first reactor using a jet pump, wherein a negative pressure zone of the jet pump is operationally connected to the first reactor, so that the first product of the first reactor moves through the negative pressure zone in a propulsion jet of a propulsion medium of the jet pump, conducting the propulsion medium having the first product into a second reactor, wherein the first product is allowed to react into a second product, separating the second product from the propulsion medium and discharging the separated second product.

Pressure-regulated multi-reactor system

A heat exchanger pipe system is provided for transporting viscous fluids, including a plurality of individual heat exchangers designed as pipe elements and having a predefined control temperature and/or pressure distribution along the pipe system and in the cross-section of the pipes. The heat exchangers, which are in the form of pipe elements, are arranged at regular distances in the pipe system. A method and a device for cleaning a fluid is provided, the device including a housing having at least one inlet and at least one outlet, and a slide mechanism which is movable in the housing and has at least one passage having at least two filters lying substantially symmetrically opposite each other, wherein starting from the housing inlet the fluid flows symmetrically onto the filters in the passage and downstream of the filters is directed to the outlet of the housing, wherein a part of the fluid that does not flow through the passage forms a hydrodynamic buffer in a gap between the slide mechanism and the housing, wherein the passage opens out into at least two symmetrically opposite sub-channels of the outlet and at least four flushing flows are generated in the gap between at least two inlet mouths and at least two outlet mouths of the passage.

Method for the purification of a fluid and filtering device

A method is provided for the pyrolysis or thermolysis of a fluid or fluidized starting material in a tube bundle reactor including a plurality of heatable reactor tubes. The method includes feeding the starting material to the tube bundle reactor at one end by at least one supply line; wherein the supply line has several pressure reduction units which enable a positive pressure before the starting material is introduced into individual reactor tubes of the tube bundle reactor and a negative pressure inside the reactor tubes. The pressure reduction units control a substantially equal inflow of the starting material into individual reactor tubes and the reactor tubes are heated to a decomposition temperature of the starting material in at least one primary section. The starting material is pyrolyzed or thermolyzed and a pyrolysis or thermolysis product is obtained.

A coagulation bath is provided with a coagulation liquid inlet, wherein the coagulation liquid inlet has one or more mouths, which are arranged beneath the coagulation liquid level of the coagulation bath; in particular a spinning bath system with a coagulation liquid inlet and an entry region for spinning yarns which are solidified in the spinning bath, wherein the entry region is provided at a position in which, when the spinning bath is filled with coagulation liquid, the liquid surface is the surface of the coagulation liquid, the coagulation liquid inlet has one or more mouths arranged beneath the entry region and are directed to spinning yarns introduced into the spinning bath such that fresh coagulation liquid flows against the spinning yarns during operation, and optionally a liquid fill level regulator and possibly further tanks with different coagulation liquid composition and methods for spinning yarns in a spinning bath.

A pipe is provided for transporting a viscous fluid, including a pressure relief valve provided with a sealing element which separates the inside of the pipe from a discharge line and is designed to release the discharge line in the event of predetermined excess pressure. A surface of the sealing element, facing a Miler chamber of the pipe, is associated with the pipe in such a manner that the surface is flown around by a flow of the viscous fluid circulating through the pipe when in operation, and the sealing element is fixed in the closed position by a rod, the rod being displaced by the predetermined excess pressure such that the thus connected sealing element releases the discharge pipe.

A method is provided for producing solid cellulose filaments or films from a solution of cellulose, NMMO (N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide) and water, including pressure-extruding the solution by one or more extrusion openings and by solidifying the filaments or films in a precipitation bath. The solution is guided between the extrusion opening and the precipitation bath by an air gap, the temperature of the solution on the extrusion opening being lower than 105&#xb0; C. and the pressure difference in the air gap between the pressure of the solution immediately prior to extrusion and after extrusion is between 8 and 40 bar.

Extrusion method

A method is provided for producing solid material filaments or films from a fluid of the material, by extruding the fluid by one or more extrusion openings and by solidifying the material in a precipitation bath. The formed material is guided between the extrusion openings and the precipitation bath by a lateral gas flow. The gas flow is subdivided into a hot partial flow and a cold partial flow. The material is initially brought into contact with the hot partial flow and subsequently with the cold partial flow prior to it being introduced into the precipitation bath. A device is also provided for extruding and forming materials.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method as well as a system for extruding continuously molded bodies for producing filaments or staple fibers from an extrusion solution, such as a cellulose solution containing water, cellulose and tertiary amine oxide such as N-methylmorpholine N-oxide. In comparison with the methods known from the prior art, profitability can be increased in the production of continuously molded bodies () if the extrusion rate v is set to a value v=B&#xb7;T&#xb7;10,000&#xb7;(1/r). In a system, profitability can be enhanced if the number r of rows is r=[(B/v)&#xb7;10,000&#xb7;T]. T is here the fiber titer in T dtex, v the extrusion rate in m/min, r the number of the rows of extrusion duct orifices (), and B an operational parameter which is not more than 4 and at least 0.5.

Method and device for extruding a continuous moulded body

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for extruding continuously molded bodies, wherein an extrusion solution, in particular an extrusion solution containing water, cellulose and a tertiary amine oxide, is extruded through an extrusion orifice into a continuously molded body and is then deflected by means of a deflector (). To improve the quality of the continuously molded bodies produced by the method or apparatus of the invention, the extrusion orifices are arranged in a row such that the individual, continuously molded bodies exit in the form of a curtain () form the extrusion head. This curtain is then deflected by the deflector.

Method and device for producing continuous molded bodies

The present invention relates to a bursting insert for installation in a pipeline system for transporting a fluid showing a spontaneous exothermic reaction. The bursting insert comprises a wall which surrounds&#x2014;at least in part on the outside&#x2014;a passage volume having the fluid flowing therethrough in a passage direction. A pressure discharge line which is sealed relative to the passage volume with a bursting body extends out of the passage volume. When a predetermined bursting pressure is exceeded, the bursting body can be transferred into a state in which the passage volume and the pressure discharge line are interconnected in fluid-conducting fashion. For an easy mounting of the bursting body, the bursting insert can be designed as a pipeline module which can be installed and dismounted repeatedly in the pipeline system for replacing the bursting body.
