The invention relates to a lighting fixture () which comprises at least one lighting fixture housing () and a cover () and which is constructed particularly as a safety and/or emergency exit light and/or as an explosion-proof light. A light is held by a clamp connection () at the lighting fixture housing, and at least one auxiliary electrical device () into the light is disposed at the lighting fixture housing. The lighting fixture can be expanded with a lower expense for the installation and with all explosion-protection measures observed, by virtue of the lighting fixture housing () having conductor rails () for supplying electricity to the light and to the auxiliary electrical device, where the auxiliary electrical device is constructed as a plug-in module which can be plugged onto the conductor rails.

Lighting fixture and rail module

A portable lighting device has at least one LED light source (). Associated with this light source are a voltage supply () which can be switched on and off and a light distribution device () for varying a luminous intensity distribution of the light source (). In order to improve the light distribution device in the case of such a portable lighting device in a simple way in design terms and without a considerable amount of space being required, it has a lens system () which can be varied in its distance in relation to the light source ().

Portable lighting device

A luminaire () comprises a luminaire housing () having at least one light exit opening (), and further comprises an explosion-proof illuminant () consisting of at least a lamp (), a base () and a lamp envelope (), and housing contacts () in the luminaire housing () for supplying the illuminant with electric energy. In order to facilitate the production of such a luminaire and in order to design said luminaire also in such a way that it is variable and suitable for use with essentially all kinds of lamps, and at least partially reusable, the lamp () and the base () are arranged in the lamp envelope () which is implemented in the pressure-resistant-encapsulation or increased-safety ignition protection mode and which is provided with envelope contacts () that are accessible from outside, said envelope contacts () being used for connection to the housing contacts () and being electrically connected to the base ().
