A touch screen system includes two rectangular matrix touch panels, broken down into cells and disposed side by side forming a border between the two touch panels, each touch panel being connected to a respective touch screen board, and a data communication link between the boards, the two boards and respectively the two touch panels being configured as a master/slave configuration and to exchange respective data.

A touch surface includes an array of rows of electrodes, an input point on a row for injecting an input voltage (V), measuring an output voltage (V) at a second point in the row, p being the number of pitch spacings of the array separating the two points, the portion of the array between the first point and the second point being akin to an electric dipole of resistance (R(p)) and of capacitance (C), the output voltage (V) being equal to the product of the input voltage (V) and a transfer function represented by a complex function (H). A device with touch surface with projected capacitive detection comprising a matrix touchscreen comprises a plurality of conductive rows and of conductive columns, the screen linked to electronic control means generating, for each conductive row and for each conductive column, transmission signals and electronic means for receiving and analyzing the reception signals from each conductive row and from each conductive column. Each row of the device comprises, at one of its ends, first means for generating a first transmission signal and first means for receiving a first reception signal and, at its opposite end, second means for generating a second transmission signal and second means for receiving a second reception signal, the first transmission signal and the second transmission signal being synchronous, having the same frequency, the same amplitude and the same phase.

The general field of the invention is that of devices for controlling luminance of lighting devices comprising light-emitting diodes. The control device is driven by a cyclic input signal of determined period, each period comprising an activation time representative of a determined luminance level. The control device comprises analog electronic means generating a second control signal for the intensity of the electric current passing through the light-emitting diodes, the amplitude of the second control signal being an increasing function of the activation time in such a way that the combination of the cyclic input signal and of the second signal applied to the light-emitting diodes gives a greater luminance range than the range of the cyclic input signal.
