This invention relates to a fireproofing article and the method of manufacturing the same. The fireproofing article comprises an external portion and an inner portion. The external portion defines external surfaces of the fireproofing article that are exposed to the environment. The inner portion is formed inside of the external portion. The external portion and the inner portion are both porous and made of a fireproofing material. The external portion has a first material density and the inner portion has a second material density. The first material density is less than the second material density. The method of manufacturing a fireproofing article comprises forming the fireproofing article with a fireproofing material through 3D printing; wherein the fireproofing article formed is porous.

Fireproofing article and method of manufacturing the same

A direct dyeing type color fused deposition modeling three-dimensional printing apparatus includes a forming stage, a forming unit, and a color-inkjet unit. The forming unit is located above the forming stage for providing forming-material layers on the forming stage in sequence. The color-inkjet unit is located above the forming stage for providing color-ink layers on the forming-material layers in sequence, wherein the forming-material layers and the color-ink layers are stacked alternately in sequence to form a colored three-dimensional object. A direct dyeing type color fused deposition modeling three-dimensional printing method is also provided.

The present disclosure provides a dispensing device and a 3-D printing apparatus including the same. The dispensing device comprises a main body with a main body heater, a head portion and a heating device. The main body includes a passage with a longitudinal axis and the main body heater is used for heating the material in at least a section of the passage to a flowable condition. The head portion is connected to an end of the passage and communicates with the passage and further includes an outlet for discharging the heated material. The heating device includes a peripheral path surrounding the head portion and heats a region surrounded by the peripheral path.

3-dimensional printing apparatus and dispensing device

A photo-sodification modeling apparatus is provided. The apparatus comprises: a container, a holding plate, a lifting mechanism, a light source module, and a control unit. The container provides an accommodation space for accommodating a light-curable material, and includes: a base plate and a wall structure. The base plate is transparent or translucent. The wall structure is disposed around the base plate. The lifting mechanism is used for moving the holding plate. The light source module is disposed under the container. During formation of a solidified layer of a three-dimensional object, the base plate provides an electric or magnetic field so that the light-curable material in the container will not solidify on a surface of the base plate, thus resulting in the solidified layer having a reduced viscosity when the solidified layer is closer to the surface of the base plate.

Photo-sodification modeling apparatus and method

A color three-dimensional (3D) printing apparatus configured for forming a colored 3D object is provided. The color 3D printing apparatus includes a stage, a first printing unit, a second printing unit, a color inkjet printing unit, and a curing unit. The first printing unit is configured for providing the stage with a first material. The second printing unit is configured for providing the stage with a second material, and a gap remains between the first material and the second material. The color inkjet printing unit is configured for providing the gap with a colored pigment. The curing unit is configured for curing the colored pigment to form the colored 3D object, and the colored 3D object is composed of a plurality of colored object units stacked together. A color 3D printing method is also provided.
