This application discloses a method for a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback of downlink data. A terminal receives downlink data of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and downlink data of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or an enhanced physical downlink control channel (EPDCCH) from a base station. Then the terminal sends a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback codebook to the base station. A size of the HARQ feedback codebook is based on a state of a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) PDSCH transmission and a total downlink assignment indicator in the downlink data of the PDCCH or the EPDCCH, and the HARQ feedback codebook comprises a HARQ bit for the SPS PDSCH transmission.

Method and apparatus for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request of downlink data

The invention relates to a client device () and a network access node () for transmitting and receiving a random access preamble. The modulation sequence for the random access preamble is based on a first sequence and a second sequence. The first sequence is a sequence from a set of near-orthogonal sequences and the second sequence is a sequence from a set of constant envelope sequences. Due to its construction, the random access preamble herein provides low PAPR and suppresses the side-lobes in its auto-correlation function while producing a set of preambles with low cross-correlation. Furthermore, the invention also relates to corresponding methods and a computer program.

A client device for wireless communication includes a transceiver and a processor. The transceiver is configured to receive frequency resource information to indicate a set of frequency resources for a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble transmission. In one example method, a first communication device obtains at least one sequence from a subset of sequences in a set of sequences and obtains at least one reference signal based on the obtained at least one sequence. A method includes allocating, by a communications controller, a first set of resource blocks to an enhanced physical downlink shared channel (ePDSCH), where the ePDSCH has a first starting point and allocating, by the communications controller, a second set of resource blocks to an enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH).
