A plastic panel which may be used as a production pallet in the production of unitary concrete masonry products includes first and second joinable portions. The portions each comprise a support backing including an outer surface and an inner face, and a plurality of ribs extending outwardly away from said inner face. The ribs of a first grouping thereof are parallel with one another and extend across a first area of the face in a first direction, and the ribs of a second grouping thereof extend across a second area of the face in a second direction which is not parallel with said first direction. The panel portions are configured, disposed and arranged so as to join with one another in generally overlapping and mated relationship with the outer surfaces disposed in spaced apart opposing relationship, with the first groupings of ribs of the respective portions disposed in intermeshing and mating relationship with each other, and with the second groupings of ribs of the respective portions also disposed in intermeshing and mating relationship with each other whereby to present said plastic panel.

An elongated holding device for holding paving blocks in place. The device has a pair of longitudinally spaced ends, an elongated vertical plate having a front paving block contacting face to define a border for a paved area, and a rear surface. The device also includes a plurality of discrete, elongated footing elements which are attached to a lower portion of the rear surface of the plate. The footing elements are spaced apart longitudinally of the plate and extend rearwardly therefrom. A first connector structure which includes an elongated, longitudinally extending tab is located at one end of the device. The footing elements each including a respective second connector structure in the form of a tab receiving opening. Each of the tab receiving openings is configured to receive and mate with the tab of the first connector element to thereby form a secure connection therebetween. The presence of a connector structure at each footing element increases the overall ability of the device to be adapted to fit the edging requirements and characteristics of paving areas of various sizes and shapes.

Device for holding paving blocks in position

An adjustable, disposable dental prophy tool includes an elongated cylindrical grip end body component and an elongated cylindrical cup end body component. The cup end body component is mounted on the grip end body component so that their major longitudinal axes are offset in non-parallel alignment. A housing for a cleaning and polishing cup drive element is mounted at the outer end of the cup end body component. A drive element is mounted in the housing for rotation about an axis which extends laterally of the longitudinal axis of the elongated cup end body component. The cup end body component is fully rotatable for 360.degree. about its own longitudinal axis relative to the grip end body component. The tool also includes axial locking structure holding the body components together to prevent relative axial movement thereof. The tool also includes releasable angular locking structure selectively inhibiting relative rotation of the body components.

Adjustable, disposable dental prophy tool

A holding device for paving blocks which has a vertical side for contacting the paving stones is strongly buttressed to hold the paving blocks. At pre-selected points along the vertical side are belts of material perpendicular thereto. Buttressing each belt of material in the vertical edge are gusset members supported by a boss member. The boss member provides for driving a nail into the ground and through the support member in order to hold the holding device for paving blocks in position. The nail is a barbed X-cross-section nail which may be used to secure the holding device for paving blocks.

A mullion structure for enclosing sun spaces consisting of a system of straight and curved beams for supporting transparent plastic panels. The beams have cross-sectional configurations presenting end flanges which facilitate end-to-end and/or perpendicular attachment and side flanges presenting rabbets for receiving and enclosing the edges of the panels. Elongated spars having longitudinally extending rabbets are formed by joining the curved beams together in end-to-end relationship. The spars are connected to a host structure using a torsion relieving system which is made up of a torsion beam extending perpendicularly from the spar and a load bearing plate attached to the host structure. The spars are laterally flexible so that the panels may be inserted into the rabbets and flexed to assume the shape of the spars after the spares are secured to the host structure. All operations necessary for erecting the structure may be conducted from inside the space being enclosed.

Edge restraint for paving blocks

Method for assembling a space enclosure structure

A monolithic plastic moldable foot is provided for supporting a wooden post in a hole in the ground. The foot includes a dish-shaped lower wall configured to be supported by the earth at the bottom of the hole and rib structure on the bottom wall for distributing loads throughout the entire extent of the bottom wall. After the hole is back filled the foot resists lateral and up-loads as well as down loads.

A pre-assembled, spring loaded, block and tackle window sash balance assembly is adapted for providing vertical support for a window sash running in an elongated, generally upright sash run having a generally C-shaped guide channel extending along its plow region. The assembly comprises a generally U-shaped housing for a block and tackle spring balance device. The assembly further includes spaced slide means which are discrete from the housing itself and which are slidably interengageable with the guide channel for removeably attaching the assembly to the sash run. Accordingly, the block and tackle balance assembly may be pre-assembled and then conveniently and efficiently attached to the sash run and supported in a position to provide spring balanced support for a window sash mounted in the sash run.

An improved drop box for septic systems is disclosed including a generally rectangular-shaped, tapered box member, a plurality of invert openings formed on the sidewalls thereof, a locking lid having structural support elements operable to transfer weight carried by the lid to the box's sidewalls, and improved seal means snap-fitted to each invert opening which act to sealingly receive a drain pipe forcibly inserted therethrough. A membrane-type seal plug is provided to block off any unused invert opening. An alternate version of the improved seal means having turbine-blade stiffening means is also disclosed.

Septic system drop box with seal apparatus therefor

A diagnostic reagent dispensing bottle which includes a flexible container having an elongated cap mounting neck which is closed by a pierceable or punctureable membrane. A membrane-piercing-and-droplet-dispensing spike is also provided. The spike includes a conically-shaped orifice and a sharp membrane piercing point. The spike is carried by an elongated cap which has a body portion for mounting on the neck of the container. The neck and cap cooperate to position the spike in either (1) a shipping or non-piercing position or (2) a dispensing position wherein the spike pierces the membrane so that the reagent within the container can flow through the spike for dispensing. The cap also includes a cover or closure for closing the bottle which is hingedly connected to the cap body so that the cover is selectively positionable in either an open or closed position. Both detent and thread systems are disclosed for cooperation with the cap and neck to position and guide the spike relative to the pierceable membrane.
