A board assembly includes a panel and a frame. The frame has a generally annular shape and includes first and second sections. The panel is retained between the first and second sections. The frame also includes a snap-fit device positioned on at least one of the first and second sections for attaching the second section to the first section, thereby facilitating the assembly of the panel with the frame. The frame also includes a plurality of storage pockets formed therewithin for receiving a writing instrument in different orientations.

A combined photofinishing storage, display, and ordering merchandising unit. The unit includes an order workstation having a front wall, and a writing surface extending from the wall. A dispenser for dispensing order envelopes, and a collection bin for receiving filled order envelopes. A pair of display sections are provided for displaying of merchandise, one display section being placed on each side of the order workstation and positioned so as to define a storage area between the pair of display sections and workstation. At least one of the display sections is movable so as to allow access to the storage area. A display tower disposed adjacent the shelf which can be used for highlighting a featured product. One of the display sections may be movable for adjusting the width of the merchandising unit.

A writing instrument with enhanced tactile feel, more gripping security and ergonomic comfort which is adaptable to the customized hand geometry of a specific user and can include a barrel with an outer gripping surface wherein the barrel includes a barrel framework with an axial bore extending therethrough to a tip opening. A gripping section is defined on the barrel in the shape of a hollow core member to define a gripping channel extending therearound. The barrel gripping member is mounted in the gripping channel fixedly with respect to the hollow core and is made of a more flexibly resilient and pliable material than the harder material of the barrel framework to facilitate gripping thereof and to enhance tactile control. The barrel gripping member and the barrel framework in combination are co-molded in such a manner as together to define the outer gripping surface of the barrel. A writing medium member extends through the axial bore and outwardly through the tip opening for facilitating marking therewith. The barrel gripping member can include multiple voids defined therein to facilitate the pliability and flexible resilience thereof and for tactile comfort. Also the hollow core member can be bendable to vary the axial geometry of the barrel and the axial bore extending therethrough.

A cup dispenser is disclosed including a housing having an open end and a closed end defining a cup receiving cavity, a cup support reciprocally positioned within the cup receiving cavity for supporting at least one cup received in the cup receiving cavity and a spring for biasing the cup support towards the open end of the cup receiving cavity thereby projecting at least a portion of the cup from the housing. The cup dispenser further includes a guide for guiding the cup support within the housing with a guide including axially extending substantially diametrically opposed rails and a cup restraint for restraining outward movement of the cup within the cavity and a stop position adjacent the guide for stopping outward movement of the cup support. The stop includes at least one circumferentially extending contact surface which contacts a surface of the cup support in order to stop outward movement of the cup support. Additionally, the cup restraint includes at least one substantially radially inwardly extending detent positioned adjacent the open end of the housing as well as an auxiliary cup restraint positioned adjacent the first cup restraint for staging of the next cup to be dispensed. This auxiliary cup restraint prevents dispensing of more than one cup at a time by relieving the pressure of the total stack load and spring pressure on the cup to be dispensed. The auxiliary cup restraint includes at least one axially extending fin with the fin having an axial length which is less that the axial length of the diametrically opposed rails. The fins further include cup stacks stabilizers which stabilizes the stack of cups adjacent the open end of the housing. Further, an annular recess is formed in the housing extending about an outer circumference thereof and adjacent the open end of the housing.

Cup dispenser

A device for sharpening crayons and other soft marking instruments normally made from waxes, plastics and other soft material which includes a protective ring defining an aperture with a plurality of support members extending longitudinally therefrom. A plurality of sharpening blades extend longitudinally along the support members and are fixedly secured thereto to define a sharpening zone between the support members. Each of the sharpening blades is arcuate along its entire length extending from the protective ring to a base to which the individual support members converge. This arcuate shape is preferably of a parabolic shape to facilitate the sharpening of crayons to a blunt end shape. Debris outlets are defined between the support members and a retaining cup can be secured thereto for collecting debris. The sharpening blades are formed by blade surfaces oriented at approximately 90 degrees with respect to one another and at approximately 45 degrees with respect to the crayon marking instrument being sharpened in order to maximize sharpening and minimize any danger of accidents such as cutting of one's fingers especially by young children.

A portable apparatus for the treatment of injuries includes a first layer of flexible material and a second layer of flexible material coupled to the first layer of flexible material to form an inflation chamber. A third layer of flexible material is coupled to the first and second layers so that a space is formed between the second and third layers. The space formed between the second and third layers is in fluid communication with the inflation chamber at an outlet and the space between the second and third layers is formed so that a fluid channel extends from a first end of the space between the second and third layers to the outlet. A plurality of spacer members maintain the separation between the second and third layers so that the fluid channel remains unobstructed even when the apparatus is folded or wrapped around an injured area. The apparatus also includes an inlet to the fluid channel, the fluid channel being formed so that a gas entering the apparatus at the inlet will travel along the fluid channel through the outlet into the inflation chamber. The inlet may be coupled to a portable source of compressed gas and a relief valve is coupled to the inflation chamber so that the pressure within the inflation chamber is maintained at a predetermined pressure.
