A cell includes at least two semiconductor structures of the same nature, these two structures both employing voltages and currents that are unidirectional, each structure having an anode (), a cathode () and optionally a gate (). The structures are integrated into the volume of one and the same semiconductor substrate (). The cathodes (), and possibly the gates (), are arranged on a first side of the semiconductor substrate (). The anodes () are each arranged on a second side of the semiconductor substrate (), which side is opposite the first side, facing the cathodes and possibly the corresponding gates. Two electrodes, anodes or cathodes, of two separate structures, are electrically connected to each other.

An electronic temperature sensor for measuring the junction temperature of an electronic power switch () of a static converter () includes an injection source of a calibrated measurement current () and a differential voltage measurement amplifier (). The electronic temperature sensor includes a first series connection () element and a second series connection () connected respectively to the inlet terminals () of the differential voltage amplifier (). The first and second series connection elements () are configured to protect the amplifier against a high voltage, have essentially identical electrical characteristics and are included in the set formed by resistances and high-voltage (HV) rapid diodes.

A power rectifying circuit for an electric current signal supplied by an alternating power source, which includes: two separate switching assemblies adapted to be connected to a power terminal of the source, wherein at least one switching assembly includes a plurality of boost cells in cascade, each boost cell including a diode, a switch mechanism and a capacitor, the capacitors of the two terminal boost cells of the switching assemblies having one terminal in common. The circuit may include two assemblies of boost cells, and can be used in electric systems onboard aircrafts.

Power rectifier circuit and systems, associated method, and aircraft comprising such a circuit or systems

The invention relates to a method for supply to a magnetic coupler comprising several pairs of windings, each pair being formed from a first and a second adjacent paired winding, magnetically coupled to each other by means of a core of magnetic material. The method further consists of supplying the first winding of each pair with a supply voltage or current out of phase by an angle a with relation to the supply voltage or current for the second winding of the same pair. The absolute value of the angle a is greater than or equal to 4p/N for at least one pair of windings.
