The invention relates to a closing system for a container to be held with a single hand. The closing system includes a cap having a skirt and a transversal wall provided with an access port, and a cover substantially parallel to the cap and with a guiding member intended to be used by a user to manipulate the cover. A hinge allows a planar rotation of the cover regarding the cap from a first position to close the access port to a second position to access the access port.

An adaptor for coupling with a medical container filled with a number N of doses of a product including a gripping member for securing the adaptor to the medical container. The gripping member has at least one needle access port intended to face the outer surface of the septum of the medical container. The invention relates to a device for injection of a product into an injection site. The device including a needle shield for protection of a needle prior to use of the device; a housing; and a deshielder for removing the needle shield from the device. The deshielder is coupled to the needle shield and mounted on the housing in a separable manner. The deshielder may include tamper evidence features that are activated by the removal of at least one part of said deshielder. At least one part of the deshielder may be configured to be removed from the housing by exerting a force equal or less to 30 N.

The present invention relates to a needle including: a needle hub having a needle with a distal tip; a ring for protecting the needle in one of a storage condition or end-of-use condition of the needle assembly; a foldable element for moving the protective ring; a biasing element for urging the foldable element from its folded configuration to an unfolded configuration; a retainer for maintaining the biasing element in an intermediate stressed state at least in the storage condition of the needle assembly; and a deactivating element for releasing said retainer at least at the end of the injection step. Adaptor for coupling with a medical container

A simple method and device enabling a unit dose from a reservoir is provided. The dose is drawn into the reservoir and is then expelled from the device by depressing a plunger. The plunger has features which divide the dose into discrete intervals. As the plunger is moved during delivery, the features on the plunger and features connected to a barrel interact to provide for intermittent stops to the delivery. Other aspects of the device provide for reduced dead space, safety and selective interconnection with other devices. Thus, the device divides the dose.

Automatic injection device

The present invention relates to an injection device including a container, intended for receiving a product and provided with an injection needle and a housing receiving the container. The container is movable relative to the housing between an initial position, an insertion position, and a final position. A collapsible chamber is defined within the housing outside of the container. The chamber is collapsible with the container in the insertion position. The chamber is at least partially defined by a proximal wall and a seal element, wherein, with the container in the initial position, the proximal wall is spaced proximally from the seal element, wherein, with the container in the insertion position, the proximal wall is caused to engage the seal element, and, wherein, with the proximal wall engaging the seal element, the container is caused to move from the insertion position to the final position.

Automatic injection device with temporizing means

A pre-filled syringe assembly having a tamper evident tip cap is provided for indicating if the contents of the syringe assembly have been compromised. The syringe barrel has an interior chamber which defines a pressure therein and is sealed at the proximal and distal ends by a first and second seal, respectively, to maintain this pressure. The second seal is formed of a deformable material and a tip cap is located about the second seal and distal end of the syringe barrel. This tip cap includes a viewable indicator representing a change in state of the syringe contents. The indicator has a portion positioned in contact with the second seal such that the first distinguishing feature is viewable through a portion of the cap. Tampering of the contents within the interior chamber causes a change in pressure and movement of the indicator indicating tampering of the syringe assembly.
