A tractor front loader () includes a parking stand device () mounted on a front loader arm (). The parking stand device () comprises a parking support (), which is pivotally attached to the front loader arm () and can be pivoted between an operating position (P) and a parked position (P), a locking brace (), which is pivotally attached at one end to the front loader arm (). Detent elements, which can be brought into engagement with one another, are disposed on the parking brace () and on a free end of the locking brace (), by means of which the parking brace () can be snapped into multiple positions supporting the front loader, with the detent elements being formed on a free end of the locking brace () and on a locking carriage (), which is hinged to the locking brace ().

Front loader

A work vehicle having an optical system responsive to implement movements is disclosed. The implement-responsive optical system includes an optical device, such as a worklight or camera, which is coupled to the vehicle body and which produces an optical field when active. An adjustment mechanism, such as a closed loop actuation subsystem or a mechanical linkage, is coupled to the vehicle body and to the optical device. The adjustment mechanism is configured to adjust at least one operational characteristic of the optical field in response to movement of the work implement relative to the vehicle body.

Work vehicles including implement-responsive optical systems

A web wrap device is provided for a round baler. The device has a web carrier for pulling the web from a roll of web to a bale chamber. In a leading portion the web carrier has two elements at least one of which being moveable towards the other. The moveable element has a leading edge, which engages the web and is pulled by the tensioned web onto the other element, which increases the clamping effect. In addition a guard is provided to cover a knife during the wrapping mode, but to expose the knife to the web, when it should be cut.

Web wrap device

A binding apparatus for a round baler binding a pressed bale with a binding twine. The binding apparatus has at least one binding twine guide, at least one binding twine guided by the binding twine guide and at least one cutting device for severing the binding twine after a binding operation. The cutting device has a cutting element guide and, formed on the cutting element guide, a cutting element holder to which is fastened a cutting element which has a cutting edge, in order to sever the binding twine, is guided to the binding twine by the cutting element guide and is brought into contact with the binding twine. In order to reduce wear on the cutting element and to increase the cut quality at the binding twine, a deflecting edge is formed on the cutting element guide between the cutting element and the binding twine, said deflecting edge displacing the binding twine in a deflecting movement, with binding twine tension being built up, before the binding twine is brought into contact with the cutting edge.

Binding apparatus

A round baler is provided having a web wrap apparatus with a feeder for introducing web into a bale chamber through a gap between adjacent motion means. The motion means are provided with protrusions, and anti-interference spacing means are provided to prevent the feeder from contacting the protrusions.

A twine arm assembly is provided with a guide member controlling the movement of a twine arm during a tying cycle. In order to facilitate the insertion of new twine into the twine arm, said guide member is made of two parts which can be locked to each other or which can move with respect to each other in order to bring the twine arm into a position, in which twine can be inserted easily.

A wrapping device is mounted at an exterior of a bale forming chamber of a large round baler and includes two wrapping material supply rolls comprised, if desired, of two types of wrapping material, which may optionally be brought together and introduced through an inlet of the bale forming chamber. In this way, it is possible, for example, to supply film with a netting in order both to bind and protect the bale.

Wrapping device

A wrapping material indicator arrangement for a wrapping machine, in particular a rotobaler. The indicator is supported on the circumference of a wrapping material roll, from which wrapping material is withdrawn during a wrapping operation. A rotating counter roll, pressed against the wrapping material roll, drives a rotating wheel mounted on an arm that allows the wheel to translate through an arc. The translation of the wheel and arm indicates the amount of wrapping material left on the wrapping material roll and its rotation allows an operator to monitor the operation of the rotobaler for malfunctions during the wrapping operation.

A binding device for use on a cylindrical baling press that includes two binder dispensing mechanisms guided in a frame and which move transverse to a baling chamber of the baling press. Each binder dispensing mechanism further includes a binder advancing device having a drive wheel in rolling engagement with a drive mechanism configured to cause the drive wheel to rotate. The drive mechanism of the binder advancing mechanism is configured separately from a drive device of the binder dispensing mechanisms. Binding material is dispensed by the movement of the binder dispensing mechanisms and/or the movement of the drive device.

A twine dispensing arm of a wrapping arrangement for a large round baler is provided with a dispensing end defined by a component which, at the time when twine wrapped about a bale is separated from a length of twine carried by the arm, prevents a length of recoiling twine from becoming entangled or incorrectly oriented for a subsequent wrapping cycle.

A baler pick-up includes a pair of support wheels, each of which is connected to the pick-up by a mounting arrangement permitting the wheel to be selectively moved from a working position outboard of the pick-up to an inboard, elevated transport or non-working position. Each mounting arrangement comprises a holder fixed to the pick-up and including a transverse pipe and a projection formed from a plate and spaced outwardly from and end of the pipe. The arrangement further comprises a wheel mounting bracket including a cylindrical tube pivotally and slidably received in the pipe and in a hole provided in the projection, the tube carrying a ring captured between the end of the pipe and the projection and containing a throughbore aligned with one of a pair of crossbores provided in the tube and receiving a linchpin bolt for retaining the wheel mounting bracket so as to dispose the wheel in a selected one of its positions.
