An electrical connection shunt assembly is designed to be coupled electrically between two electrical contact terminal connectors. The assembly includes a set of electrical current conduction elements. The set of conduction elements comprising a first terminal and a second terminal designed to be coupled with a first and a second electrical contact terminal connectors, an electrical coupling element for the first and second terminals designed to allow electrical current flow from a first terminal to the second terminal. At least one of the conduction elements comprises a shunt conduit that is arranged through the conduction element so as to have a coolant flow therein.

Device for electrical connection and cooling thereof

The electrical connector assembly includes a first connector having a first housing, a second connector having a second housing, and a cover movably mounted on the housing. The housing of the second connector is movably mounted on the housing of the first connector. A lock that may be actuated is movably mounted on one of the housings. In the initial position of the cover, the cover covers or shields the lock. In the final position of the cover, the cover does not shield the lock.

Electrical connector assembly, and connector for such assembly

Connector assembly for electrical power supply or transmission in vehicles, comprising first and a second connector devices to be mated according to a mating axis. The first connector device comprises at least one spring device terminated by at least one electrically conductive head, movable in a spring load direction. The second connector device comprises at least one interlock terminal including an electrical conductor and an insulation cap arranged in such a way that, during the mating sequence, the at least one head touches first the insulation cap on one or several insulating areas and then contacts the electrical conductor on one or several conducting areas. Each of the one or several insulating areas is offset laterally with respect to each of the one or several conducting areas, according to a lateral direction perpendicular to the mating axis and to the spring load direction.

Connector device and connector assembly for vehicle electrical power supply or transmission in a vehicle

An electrical connector assembly including a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes a socket and the second connector including a sleeve, the socket being adapted to surround the sleeve. A sealing system includes a frontward portion surrounding the sleeve and a rearward portion surrounding a rear housing of the second connector.

This housing includes an assembly of sockets each provided to receive a contact by engaging along a (Z) axis, wherein each socket of the assembly is essentially defined by at least two opposite axial lateral walls and includes two elastic locking latches extending in an essentially axial manner from two respective opposite transverse walls. At least one bar acting as a limiting stop with regard to the insertion of the contact in the socket is provided on the front end of each socket, said bar being formed in such a way that the axial projection thereof is located between the latches and does not interfere therewith.
