An aircraft engine assembly has a front engine mount connecting an engine and a primary structure of a pylon comprising at least one front rod having at least three front link points. A first front link point is configured to connect the front rod and the front end of the primary structure. A second front link point is configured to connect the front rod and the core of the engine. A third front link point is configured to connect the front rod and the engine core and is offset relative to the second front link point in a horizontal transverse direction. The first front link point of the front engine mount is separated from the rotation axis of the engine by a distance greater than an exterior radius of the rear casing of the core of the engine at the rear link point of the rear engine mount.

An aircraft engine pylon includes two side panels and an upper stringer and a lower stringer assembled to form a strut assembly extending in a longitudinal direction (AX) corresponding to the direction in which the aircraft is moving and an internal reinforcement structure including a plurality of reinforcements. The pylon also includes a reinforcement zone on each side panel and a front housing to receive a main front center reinforcement and a rear housing to receive a main rear center reinforcement.

A structural rod has a primary rod that has an axial cavity and a secondary rod inside the axial cavity so that the secondary rod is able to move inside the axial cavity along the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rod. The primary rod has a bearing for fastening the structural rod at the first end in a rigid manner and is not fastened rigidly to the structure at the second end. Conversely, the secondary rod has a bearing for fastening the structural rod at the second end in a rigid manner and is not fastened rigidly to the structure at the first end. This invention relates to an aft pylon fairing () for a suspension system of an aircraft engine, comprising two side panels () assembled to each other by inner cross stiffening ribs () spaced at intervals from each other along a longitudinal direction (X) of the fairing, and also comprising a heat protection deck () designed to delimit an engine core flow (). According to the invention, it also comprises two longitudinal connecting walls () offsetting the deck () from the ribs (), each of these two longitudinal walls () being provided with a first side end () fixed to one or the other of the two side ends () of the deck (), and a second side end () rigidly fixed to the ribs ().

AFT pylon fairing for an aircraft engine suspension system

An engine is mounted on a structure by an intermediate structure assembled by flanges, to the structure and to the engine, where a rigid structure connects the flanges. This arrangement enables design of the structure to be simplified while allowing a substantial overhang when it is sought to mount the engine by the plane of its center of gravity, while being obliged to move the mounting structure away from it. The intermediate structure is resistant to forces resulting from the overhang, and also allows assemblies that are favorable to a balanced transmission of forces to the structure and a satisfactory ability to filter vibrations.

An engine is suspended from a main linear portion of a structure mounted on a fuselage or a wing surface of an aircraft. A connection includes flat symmetrical wings at an angle to one another, to support an attaching flange on which the engine is mounted, directly or through a mounting element. The flat shape of the wings makes them easy to manufacture, and enables them to resist the forces satisfactorily. The intermediate element resists overhang forces of the mounting satisfactorily. Flexible connections filter the engine's vibrations and prevent irregular forces being transmitted.
