A method for producing a functional element on a timepiece component, including generating, with a control unit, at least one control command for a printing device intended to reproduce a reference digital graphical representation relating to the functional element; and constructing, with the printing device, at least one layer of at least one functional particle printed on the timepiece component so as to form the functional element.

Method for producing a functional element on a timepiece component

A dial for a timepiece, preferably a watch, the dial being provided with a relief portion which is made as an assembly of pieces on different levels, juxtaposed on a base, such that the relief portion is formed by the upper surfaces of the pieces. A method for manufacturing the dial with several separate pieces, the upper surfaces of the pieces being subjected to a polishing step and/or possibly an enameling step. The pieces are then cut along a defined contour and then assembled edge-to-edge on a base, so as to create the relief portion.

Dial for timepieces

A method for fabricating a timepiece component made of conductive material includes: making a base from conductive material; coating the base with a first layer of sacrificial metal protection material; etching a recessed decoration mechanically or with a laser; coating the first recessed decoration and the remaining part of the first layer with a second metal and/or coloured decorative treatment layer; and removing each first sacrificial metal protection layer by chemical devices, to obtain a blank including a first decoration formed by the remaining part of the second layer.

Method for producing a three-dimensional element on a timepiece component

A method for fabricating a composite component for horology or jewellery including making a base from a first material, with a first visible apparent surface, and a first support surface; a structure from a second ceramic, or sapphire or at least partially amorphous material, with a second apparent surface and a second support surface, including a through bore machined over the entire thickness thereof; at least one insert made of a third material, for each through bore, and arranged to fit together in a complementary manner with this through bore; bonding this base and each structure to each other, with each first support surface and each second complementary support surface bearing against one another; securing each insert with its respective through bore.

Composite component for horology or jewellery with a ceramic structure and inserts

The invention relates to an enamelled part () for a dial comprising a ceramic substrate () coated with a first enamel layer () to improve the appearance of said part. According to the invention, the part includes at least one other enamel layer () partially covering the first enamel layer () so as to form a decoration with a similar improved appearance. The invention concerns the field of timepieces, jewellery and gems.
