The present invention relates to compounds comprising an oxazoline or thiazoline moiety, processes for preparing them, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds and their uses as H-receptor ligands, (I), wherein Ais CH C(CH) or N; Ris hydrogen or halogen; Ris (II); Ais O or S; Ris hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl or Calkoxy; Ris hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl, Calkoxy, trifluoromethyl or &#x2014;O&#x2014;(CH)n-NReach CHin &#x2014;O&#x2014;(CH)n-NR12b being optionally substituted by one or two Calkyl; Ris hydrogen or &#x2014;O&#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;NR, each CHin &#x2014;O&#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;NRRbeing optionally substituted by one or two Calkyl, and at least one of Rand Rshould be a &#x2014;O&#x2014;(CH)n-NRRgroup.

The present invention relates to compounds comprising an oxazole or thiazole moiety of formula (I), processes for preparing them, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds and their uses as H-receptor ligands, Formula (I), wherein, Ais CH, C(alkyl), C-halogen or N; Ris hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl or alkoxy; Ris, Formula (II'), Ais O or S; Ris hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl or alkoxy; Ris hydrogen, halogen, Calkyl, alkoxy or &#x2014;O-L; Ris hydrogen or &#x2014;O-L, wherein L is an aminoalkyl group and at least one of Rand Rshould be &#x2014;O-L.
