An oscillating weight (I) with variable geometry for a timepiece mechanism has a first and a second part (), and an axis of rotation () shared by the first and the second part (). At least one part () is arranged in order to oscillate about the axis of rotation. A differential mechanism () is connected to the first and to the second part () so as to vary the position of one part relative to the other through a rotational movement of at least one of the parts about the axis of rotation (). Owing to the presence of the differential mechanism (), the user of the watch can vary the geometry of the oscillating weight (I) directly and therefore the position of its centre of gravity, and thus adapt it to their lifestyle (for example, sport mode, normal mode).

Display device for a timepiece includes: a first indication organ kinematically linked to a wheel rotatable by a timepiece movement; a second indication organ, coaxial to the first indication organ; a control device including a control organ to be activated by a user; the device arranged to drive the indication organs in superposition to indicate a first item of information, and, in response to an activation of the control organ, to displace one of the indication organs relative to the other to indicate a second item of information; a first and second cam, representing respectively the first and second item of information; a rack having a first and second probe intended to interact respectively with the first and second cam; wherein: in an inactive position of the control organ, the indication organs are superposed; and in an active position, the second indication organ indicates the second item of information.

On-demand display device

A timepiece includes two hands () advancing in superposition to display a first item of information regarding the current time. On demand, by operating a control (), one of the two hands moves relative to the first to display a second item of information regarding the current time, the two hands returning to a superposed position when the control is released.

Timepiece with a perpetual calendar number mechanism, including: a time switch, a display device including a mobile () whose position is determined by the calendar month number, a correction device () cooperating with the display device and guaranteeing its drive at the end of months having less than thirty-one days. This mechanism includes, in addition: a month mechanism () with a period of one year and including a cam advancing by steps, one step per month, a programming mechanism () driven by the time switch and cooperating with the month mechanism () and having a mobile () cooperating with the correction mechanism () to make it advance, during the month, by as many steps as the month counts days in less than thirty-one days. This mechanism enables the energy required to perform the correction to be withdrawn during the month, and restored at the time of the automatic correction.

Timepiece with a calendar number mechanism

A calendar corrector is disclosed for arrangement in a movement of a watchmaking part provided with a calendar display and, for example, a thirty-one wheel which goes round in thirty-one days. In one implementation, the corrector comprises a manual control, enabling information relating to the fact that the current month comprises less than thirty-one days to be introduced, and programming means coupled to the thirty-one wheel, responding to the information introduced by the control, such that the display can be corrected automatically at the end of the current month.

Calendar corrector

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a timepiece and a mechanism to be used with the timepiece for indicating the date and the day of the present time. In one embodiment, a timepiece may include a dial, indications of seven days of a week inscribed on the dial, and an aperture pierced through the dial and being sized to allow seven dates of a month to appear adjacent the indications on the dial. A mechanism for indicating the date and the day may include a date indicator bearing a series of dates from 1 to 31, a first member configured to cause the date indicator to move by seven days on each Sunday at about midnight, a date corrector bearing a series of dates from 1 to 6 and arranged in such a way that the date corrector can be partially superposed on the date indicator, and a second member configured to cause the date corrector to move in such a way that, at the end of a month having less than 31 days, the date corrector automatically hides incorrect dates and replaces them with its own dates.
