A device for the quick assembly and disassembly of an input rod (,) for operating a brake system and a brake pedal. A clasp (,) is secured to the input rod (,) connecting a spindle (,) fixed to the brake pedal. On movement of the clasp (,) toward a closed configuration, parallel cheeks (,) of retaining yoke (,) which are squeezed together elastically expand when lug (,) enters opening (,) to lock the clasp (,) in the closed configuration.
