A vibration damper for a vehicle may include an outer tube, a middle tube, and an inner tube arranged coaxially. A seal receiving element may be arranged between the inner tube and the middle tube on each side of a middle tube opening facing towards tube ends of the middle tube. A radially encircling sealing element may be arranged in the seal receiving element, and the sealing element may seal the middle tube compensation space relative to the outer tube compensation space at least with respect to damping medium. The seal receiving element may be configured at least partially as a coating element. The coating element may be disposed on the inner tube or the middle tube in a substance-to-substance bonded manner.

The invention relates to a vibration damper for a motor vehicle comprising an inner tube, an outer tube and at least one compensating chamber, which is formed between the inner tube and the outer tube and comprises at least one gas bag, which is arranged in the compensating chamber, wherein the compensating chamber is fluidically connected to at least one working area of the inner tube filled with a hydraulic fluid, wherein at least one guide element is provided, which deflects a flow of the hydraulic fluid during a rebound stage or a compression stage in such a way that the gas bag is indirectly subjected to flow. An adjustable vibration damper for a vehicle may include an outer tube, an intermediate tube, and an inner tube arranged coaxially. A concentric compensation chamber between the outer tube and the intermediate tube may receive a hydraulic fluid and a gas. A piston rod may include a piston disposed movably in the inner tube and dividing an interior of the inner tube into first and second working chambers. The adjustable vibration damper may also include first and second damper valves arranged on an outer wall. The first working chamber may be fluidically connected to the compensation chamber by the first damper valve for adjustment of a pressure stage, and the second working chamber may be fluidically connected to the compensation chamber by the second damper valve for adjustment of a traction stage.

A vibration damper may include an external tube and at least one internal tube. The external and internal tubes may be disposed in a coaxial manner relative to one another. An annular gap may exist between the external tube and the internal tube, and the annular gap may be fluidically connected to the internal tube. The annular gap may form a compensation chamber for receiving damper oil and damper gas for preloading of the damper oil in the compensation chamber. The vibration damper may further include a separating element disposed in the compensation chamber. The separating element may be axially displaceable and may separate the damper oil from the damper gas in a fluid-tight manner.

A vibration damper for a motor vehicle includes a valve block and at least one tube assembly. The tube assembly has at least one inner tube and one outer tube which are arranged coaxially. The valve block is arranged in a fluid-tight manner at one axial end of the tube assembly. At least the outer tube is connected in an integrally joined manner to the valve block, and a ring nut is provided at least on the outer tube. The ring nut transmits a prestressing force, in particular a pressing force, to the at least one inner tube such that the at least one inner tube is connected in a non-positive manner to the valve block.

A vibration damper for a motor vehicle having at least one damper tube, which includes at least one damper fluid, a piston rod having a piston, which is guided axially in the damper tube, and at least one valve unit. The valve unit includes at least three flow paths for the damper fluid. The first flow path includes a first valve for a first damper setting. The second flow path includes a second valve for a second damper setting and a variable throttle. The third flow path includes a check valve, wherein the second damper setting is softer than the first damper setting and the cross section of the second flow path is adjustable at least partially by the variable throttle.

A vibration damper may be used in connection with a motor vehicle. The vibration damper may include a hydraulic device for damping vibrations. The vibration damper may also include at least one shut-off valve connected fluidically to the hydraulic device at the vibration damper. The shut-off valve may be capable of being connected fluidically to at least one of a pump or a filling apparatus for filling the vibration damper with hydraulic fluid. The shut-off valve may comprise a valve housing with a first connector for the pump, a second connector for the filling apparatus, and a third connector for the hydraulic device.

The flange () has at least one metallic support cage () which forms a retentive connection between the shock absorber tube () and the module tube (), and the flange () has a plastics body () in which the fluid duct () for the fluidic coupling of the module tube () to the shock absorber tube () is formed.

The present invention relates to a damping valve for a shock absorber, comprising a base body with a first support body and with a second support body and comprising one or more valve spring discs which separate a first damping fluid space from a second damping fluid space, wherein the valve spring discs are supported against the first support body via an inner edge support, and against the second support body via an outer edge support, and which control a passage of damping fluid in both directions by virtue of the fact that the valve spring discs lift-off either from the inner edge support or from the outer edge support, by elastic deflection. According to the invention, a stroke movable control body is provided which is prestressed against the valve spring discs, so that the control behaviour of the valve spring discs can be adjusted via the edge supports by the prestress of the control body.

A shock absorber having a shock absorber tube () is disclosed and has an external module tube () which is connected to the shock absorber tube () via a flange (), wherein the flange () has one or more fluid ducts () which fluidically couple the module tube () to the shock absorber tube (). The flange () has at least one metallic support cage () which forms a retentive connection between the shock absorber tube () and the module tube (), and the flange () has a plastics body () in which the fluid duct () for the fluidic coupling of the module tube () to the shock absorber tube () is formed.

A motor-vehicle shock absorber has a tube at least partially filled with damping liquid and extending, a piston rod axially shiftable inside the damper tube, and a piston connected to the piston rod and subdividing the damper tube into a piston rod-side working chamber and an opposite working chamber. An on-off control valve is axially movable inside the piston between a closed and an open position. A first soft-characteristic damping valve inside the piston through which the damping liquid may flow in both flow directions is connectable to a flow path of the damping liquid from one into the other working chamber through the control valve. A second hard-characteristic damping valve through which the damping liquid may flow in both flow directions is also provided in the piston.
