The foldable keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer is designed for use with either one keyboard sustain foot pedal or two keyboard sustain foot pedals. The foldable keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer comprises a stabilizer base, a pedal-retention area in cooperative engagement with the stabilizer base, a foldable section sandwiched between the stabilizer base and the pedal-retention area, and an underside having a non-slip surface. The foldable section is made of a flexible material such that the pedal-retention area folds onto the stabilizer base for packaging and transporting in a compact manner. The foldable keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer provides stable footing for the musician on damp floors for one foot or both feet while providing a foldable keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer that stabilizes either one or two keyboard sustain foot pedals. The foldable keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer has no moving parts and is compatible with essentially any keyboard sustain foot pedal.

The dual keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer is designed for use with a pair of keyboard sustain foot pedals. The dual keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer comprises a stabilizer base, a first pedal-retention area in cooperative engagement with the stabilizer base, a second pedal-retention area in cooperative engagement with the stabilizer base, and an underside of the stabilizer base having a non-slip surface. The first and second pedal-retention areas each include retaining structures proximate to the stabilizer base. The retaining structures enable secure retention of the keyboard sustain foot pedals within the pedal retention area. The dual keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer provides stable footing for the musician on damp floors for both feet while providing a dual keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer that stabilizes either one or two keyboard sustain foot pedals. A keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer is for use with a keyboard sustain foot pedal. The keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer comprises a stabilizer base, and a pedal-retention area in cooperative engagement with the stabilizer base. The pedal-retention area includes a retaining structure, the retaining structure enabling secure retention of the keyboard sustain foot pedal within the pedal-retention area. The retention structure may be an end-wall in combination with a pair of opposing sidewalls, a recess in combination with a pair of opposing sidewalls, or a recess in combination with an end-wall. The keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer may also include an expanded position and a retracted position, the expanded position being for cooperative engagement with the keyboard sustain pedal, the retracted position being for transporting the keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer. The under surface of the stabilizer has non-slipping properties.

Keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer

The keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer is for use with a keyboard sustain foot pedal. The stabilizer comprises a stabilizer base, a pedal-retention area for retaining the keyboard sustain foot pedal, a pair of sidewalls and an end-wall. The stabilizer base, the pair of sidewalls, the end-wall, and the pedal-retention area are made of one-piece of material. The keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer may be made of one-piece of material, the one-piece of material being a natural rubber, a synthetic rubber, or a blend of one or natural rubbers and one or more synthetic rubbers. The keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer has no moving parts. The top surface of the keyboard sustain pedal stabilizer has non-slipping properties and the underside of the device has non-skid properties. An opening for positioning a foot pedal cord is disposed in either an end-wall, a sidewall, or between the end-wall and a sidewall.

A solid state light source driver circuit that operates in either a buck convertor or a boost convertor configuration is provided. The driver circuit includes a controller, a boost switch circuit and a buck switch circuit, each coupled to the controller, and a feedback circuit, coupled to the light source. The feedback circuit provides feedback to the controller, representing a DC output of the driver circuit. The controller controls the boost switch circuit and the buck switch circuit in response to the feedback signal, to regulate current to the light source. The controller places the driver circuit in its boost converter configuration when the DC output is less than a rectified AC voltage coupled to the driver circuit at an input node. The controller places the driver circuit in its buck converter configuration when the DC output is greater than the rectified AC voltage at the input node.

Solid state light source driver establishing buck or boost operation

A driver circuit for a light source including one or more solid state light sources, a luminaire including the same, and a method of so driving the solid state light sources are provided. The driver circuit includes a rectifier circuit that receives an alternating current (AC) input voltage and provides a rectified AC voltage. The driver circuit also includes a switching converter circuit coupled to the light source. The switching converter circuit provides a direct current (DC) output to the light source in response to the rectified AC voltage. The driver circuit also includes a mixing circuit, coupled to the light source, to switch current through at least one solid state light source of the light source in response to each of a plurality of consecutive half-waves of the rectified AC voltage.

Driver circuit for solid state light sources

An electrodeless high intensity discharge lamp with a lamp fill material including gallium iodide has been found to be more efficient in generating light in general, and more efficient in generating blue light. The very small size of the lamp, in combination with the high intensity in a relatively narrow blue spectral range make the lamp particularly useful in supplying blue light to a fiber optic. The relative efficiency of the lamp increases its value. In combination, the lamp provides a useful, efficient source of blue light as an input source for optical fiber, and other systems for medical and other processes using blue light as a process element.

Blue light electrodeless high intensity discharge lamp system

An electrodeless lamp assembly includes an electrodeless, high intensity discharge lamp capsule and a coaxial electric field applicator. The coaxial electric field applicator includes an outer conductor assembly including a tubular outer conductor having a distal end disposed at or near a first end of the lamp capsule, an outer ring disposed at or near a second end of the lamp capsule, and a plurality of cage wires connected between the outer ring and the tubular outer conductor. A center conductor assembly includes a center conductor coaxially positioned with respect to the tubular outer conductor and has a distal end disposed at or near the first end of the lamp capsule. High frequency power, supplied to the tubular outer conductor and the center conductor, is coupled by the electric field applicator to the lamp capsule. The center conductor assembly may include a guard ring positioned near the first end of the lamp capsule for concentrating electric fields in the lamp capsule.
