An apparatus and methods for applying an inner coating to a wellbore screen are described. The apparatus comprises a support for the wellbore screen, an elongate injector for injecting coating material into the inner bore of the wellbore screen, and a driver for positioning the elongate injector into the inner bore and moving the elongate injector through the inner bore to introduce coating material to the inner bore. The elongate injector has a supported end, a distal end, and a coating material delivery line extending through the elongate injector from a coating material supply to a port at the distal end.

Apparatus for treating a wellbore screen and method

An apparatus and methods for applying an outer coating to a wellbore screen are described. The apparatus comprises a support for the wellbore screen, an injector for injecting coating material on to the outer surface of the wellbore screen, and a mechanism for positioning and moving the screen relative to the injector and/or moving the injector axially relative to the screen to introduce coating material to the outer surface of the screen. The apparatus further comprises rollers for distributing the coating material over the outer surface of the screen. The elongate injector has a coating material delivery line extending through the injector from a coating material supply to an open tip.

A method for the circumferential interior treatment of pipe elbows, including a step of positioning a working member within a pipe elbow and moving the working member along a portion of a length of the pipe elbow between selected working positions, while concurrently manipulating the pitch and rotational positioning of the pipe elbow to maintain a concentric rotation of the pipe elbow about the working member.

Method and apparatus for circumferential interior treatment of pipe elbows

A method and apparatus for circumferential application of materials to an interior surface of a curved pipe includes providing a pipe support with a rotational axis. A curved section of pipe is mounted to the pipe support. An arm supporting an applicator head is positioned within the curved section of pipe. The pipe support is rotated about the rotational axis, while coordinating movement of the arm to maintain the applicator head in a working position within the curved section of pipe.
