A camera system for a venue including a camera mounted above the venue; a server including artificial intelligence (AI) adapted to follow a subject having a position; the AI adapted to generate aiming instructions based on the position of the subject. The camera being in communication with the server to receive and implement the aiming instructions. The camera system may include a wide area LED light mounted to a light pole. The camera may be mounted to the light pole. The camera system may include wide area LED light is in communication with the server. The wide area LED light produces light at an intensity and the server is adapted to vary the intensity based on the position of the subject.

Method and apparatus for managing large area lighting

An outdoor area LED lighting system including: a housing containing a large array of LEDs mounted to an aluminum direct thermal path printed circuit board and a single lens. The large array of LEDs are capable of producing light rays directed through the single lens to produce a beam of light to illuminate the outdoor area. The single lens is preferably a Fresnel lens. The housing is preferably capable of being sealed in a weather-tight manner. A second housing may at least partially surround the first housing such that at least one air passage is provided between the first housing and the second housing. A heat sink including a heat block in thermal communication with a plurality of heat tubes and fin assemblies may be in partial thermal contact with the LED module and in fluid communication with the at least one air passage. At least one fan may be provided in or in fluid communication with said at least one air passage to cool the heat sink. A digital interface may connect the LED module to a host computer to monitor and track information and trending for statistical process control.

The disclosure of the present invention includes light fixtures having variable LED array sizes to form different beam angles. These light fixtures are particularly suitable for sports/venue lights and are characterized by highly concentrated high power small LED light sources including small light sources of different size LED arrays which may include additional diffusion. The present disclosure also includes a lens which substantially dissipates light to reduce if not eliminate glare. The lens may be pressed, chemically etched (pickled), or sandblasted to become a micro-lens. The lens may, alternately, be a plastic material. A further aspect of the present disclosure is the incorporation of a segmented reflector to greatly reduce glare. A single reflector may be segmented in its circumference or may be formed of multiple individual segments.

LED based searchlight/sky light including, in a basic embodiment, a housing; an LED array supported in/by the housing, a heat sink in communication with the LED array, and a reflector supported in the housing such that the LED array is supported by the housing a distance sufficient above the reflector to allow the light emitted by the LED array to be reflected by the reflector. The reflector is preferably a parabolic reflector such that the light emitted by the LED array is reflected by the parabolic reflector in an intense collimated beam. The LED array may be supported above the parabolic reflector a distance equal to the focal length of the parabolic reflector. A power supply may also be included to regulate the electrical current applied to the LED array.

According to an aspect of the instant invention, an LED Engine is provided preferably for use with a Fresnel fixture having a globe socket wherein the LED Engine is plug compatible with the globe socket. A Fresnel lighting fixture generally includes a housing; a Fresnel lens supported from the housing; a focus rail; and a globe socket supported by the focus rail. The globe socket electrically receives a Fresnel globe or bulb. The plug compatible LED Engine of the present disclosure is positionable to be inserted in the globe socket of the existing Fresnel fixture thereby replacing the incandescent bulb. Alternatively, the globe socket may be removed and the LED Engine mounted to the focus rail.

LED based searchlight/sky light

A lighting apparatus for film, television, video capture, motion picture and photography which includes a Fresnel lens fixed in a housing which contains a tight array of high power LEDs. The LED panel or board is mated to a heat dissipating apparatus to provide active cooling and together forming an LED engine. The LED engine is mounted to a slider allowing the LED engine to be adjusted within the housing with respect to the lens. Light shaping diffusion may be included on the housing. A power supply unit may also be included in the housing. When in electrical communication, the LED engine and power supply unit function as an integrated self-contained lighting apparatus. Optionally, the power supply may have an integrated dimmer switch, and may be capable of receiving PFC power or have an integrated battery unit.

A transceiver including, a codec, microcontroller, and radio. The codec including an analog to digital converter for receiving a first audio program and converting it to a first digital signal; a digital to analog converter for receiving a second digital audio signal and converting it to a second audio program; and, a control function for managing characteristics of the codec. The microcontroller is in electrical communication with the codec: for receiving the first digital audio signal from the codec and packetizing it into a first packet for transmission over a TCP/IP network; for receiving a second packet from network and converting it into the second digital audio signal and sending it to the codec; and for receiving control signals from the network. The radio is in electrical communication with the microcontroller for connection to the network to transmit the first packet to the network and receive the second packet from the network.

LED Fresnel lighting system including active cooling

A battery operated LED lighting apparatus including: a battery outputting a battery voltage; a light emitting diode or array of light emitting diodes; and a power supply including a boost regulating circuit. The power supply being in communication with the battery and the light emitting diodes such that a constant voltage or constant current is supplied to the light emitting diodes as the battery discharges and the battery voltage falls below the output voltage. In a preferred embodiment the power supply further includes a buck regulator to maintain the proper output voltage when the battery voltage is greater than the output voltage.

Systems and methods are disclosed for processing data associated with an acoustic event. In an exemplary implementation, there is provided a method of data processing including determining a location of an acoustic event and processing information associated with directing a camera towards the location. Moreover, one exemplary method may include processing information from and/or related to one or more sensors in an area to be monitored, processing data associated with the acoustic event, and determining a location of a source of the acoustic event as a function of the information from and/or related to the acoustic event. Further exemplary implementations include performing processing associated with providing instructions to direct a camera towards the determined location.
