Mixtures of 50 to 99 percent hydrocarbon waxes and 1 to 50 percent of hydrocarbon soluble surfactants chosen from the group consisting of (a) primary and secondary alkyl amines in which the alkyl groups contain 16 to 30 carbon atoms, and (b) fatty acid amides of primary alkyl amines and (c) fatty acid esters of alkanols in which the alkyl groups of the acids, amines and alkanols contain 16 to 30 carbon atoms, or mixtures thereof, provide sealant coatings for sulfur coated urea which are superior moisture barriers and are non-blocking and thus do not require the addition of clay or other fine particle materials.

Compositions which are particulate water insoluble and nondispersible salts of certain surface active sulfate or sulfonate anions and surface active quaternary ammonium cations are described. They are useful as wash cycle laundry softener-antistatic compositions, in both liquid and powdered laundry products and also dispersed in solid matrices. The particle size is from 50 to 500 microns.

There is disclosed a sunscreen and thermal insulation assembly which may be constructed on site, formed by a screen frame base having an upper end and lower end terminating in a lower nose end having gripping means associated therewith, the screen frame base also including locking means formed thereon, a screen frame insert having an upper end terminating in a top edge and a lower end terminating in a lower nose end having second gripping means associated therewith, the screen frame insert having mating locking means formed thereon for mating engagement with the first locking means of the screen frame base, and also including mounting means formed thereon, a glass frame section adapted to carry a glass panel having mating engagement means for mounting with the mounting means on the screen frame insert, each of the screen frame base and screen frame insert and glass frame sections being adapted to be cut into correspondingly equal sections thereby to create an assembly which may overlie an existing window to function as a sunscreen as well as thermal barrier.

New polymers are described which are copolymers of olefins and tetraalkyl ammonium carboxylates. They are insoluble in water, soluble in hydrocarbons and are antistatic agents.

An alternative embodiment comprises alkaline builders combined with a mixture of salts of C.sub.21 dicarboxylic acid in a concentration of from about 0.5% to about 28% with nonionic synthetic detergents in a 1:1 to 2:1 weight ratio of C.sub.21 dicarboxylic acid to nonionic synthetic detergent.

Compositions containing C.sub.21 dicarboxylic acid and nonionics in a weight ratio of 20:1 to 1:20, respectively, are provided which are uniquely effective as soluble surfactant systems for liquid alkaline cleaners.
