The present invention relates to an optical sub-assembly for an optoelectronic module (M), designed to provide conversion of an electrical signal from a main electronic board into an optical signal or vice-versa. It comprises an alignment ring which allows the mechanical sub-assembly to be mechanically aligned and to be centered in a passive manner directly upon installation and hence the optical axis of the optoelectronic component to be readily aligned with the axis of the fiber optic ferrule and hence with the optical fiber extended by a complementary ferrule which is accommodated facing it in the holding cage.

The present invention relates to an optoelectronic module (M), intended to convert an electrical signal from a main electronic board into an optical signal or vice versa. It comprises integrating, into the optoelectronic module, a device for removably mounting an optical contact element, consisting of a flexible plate the flexibility of which allows it to be moved from an unlocking position in which it permits the passage of the body and of the optical ferrule of the element, to a locking position in which the latter is locked in the casing of the module, once the optical ferrule has been optically coupled to the module. Furthermore, a simple, even manual, pressure allows the plate to be moved from a locking position to an unlocking position that permits the optical element to be removed from the casing of the module.

The field of the invention is that of fiber-optic communication devices known as transceivers, used in the aeronautical field for ensuring that on-board electronic computers can converse with one another, or in civil telecommunication. The subject of the invention is a single-channel transceiver comprising essentially a transmitting optoelectronic part, a receiving optoelectronic part, and a specific optical configuration for transmitting and receiving optical signals on a single optical port in real time and using the same wavelength. The optical architectures according to the invention include no semireflecting components, thus making it possible to reduce light energy losses at transmission and reception of the optical signals. These transceivers are particularly well suited for the construction of single-fiber full-duplex optical communication networks allowing simultaneous transmission and reception of signals.
