Hydraulic pressure booster and method includes a low-pressure segment including a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic piston, which is displaceable in both axial directions of the hydraulic cylinder and opposing high-pressure segments located on each axial end of the low pressure segment. Each high-pressure segment includes a plunger piston movable in a high-pressure cylinder via the hydraulic piston. Each high-pressure cylinder is arranged in a clamping sleeve, both of which are positioned between the hydraulic cylinder and a valve body. For each high-pressure segment, a clamping piston, which includes a pressure surface applying pressure to the high pressure cylinder and a high pressure seal for the plunger piston and a pressure surface on which pressure from the hydraulic piston is applied, is axially displaceable in the hydraulic cylinder so that the high-pressure cylinder is in compressive contact with the hydraulic cylinder and the valve body.

Hydraulic pressure booster and method for the production of an axial compressive stress in a high-pressure cylinder

Hydraulic drive and method for driving a pressure booster of a high-pressure apparatus. The hydraulic drive includes a pressure medium pump having one of a constant displacement pump and a pump conveying a constant volume per revolution, a servo motor coupled to drive the pump, and a controller structured to at least one of electrically control, regulate and switch the servo motor, which is arranged on at least one of a low pressure side and a high pressure side of the pressure booster.

Hydraulic drive for a pressure booster

Cylinder unit of a high pressure pump for a fluid. Cylinder unit includes a cylinder formed by at least two concentric tubular components coupled by a shrink connection. A flange part with sealing system is detachably connected on one side of the cylinder, and sealing system has a movable plunger and a bearing bushing. A valve body is connected on other side of the cylinder. Bearing bushing and radially outermost component are arranged to bear against flange part to form an intermediate gap, a spring device has a distal portion supported on outermost component of the cylinder and a proximal portion on an outside of bearing bushing, and a valve body against which an other side of the cylinder bears are included. The tubular components have a metallic connection in a region of a surface bearing between the valve body and the cylinder.

High pressure device for fluid media

Control device and method for controlling the impingement of the workpiece by a water jet or an abrasive water jet in a cutting unit. Control device includes a feeder composed of at least two flow-through areas positionable between a high-pressure water supply and a jet nozzle of the cutting unit. At least one of the flow-through areas includes a high pressure area, and at least one of the flow-through areas includes a pressure-reducing area. At least one switchable valve is arranged in the high-pressure area, a pressure-reducing mechanism is arranged in the pressure reducing area, and an impingement line is coupled to the at least two flow-through areas and coupleable to the jet nozzle.

Device for water-jet cutting or abrasive water-jet cutting units

A method and apparatus conveys solid particles from a supply device to a charging device for charging free-flowing cutting jets. Positive charging of the cutting jets even when located at a greater or remote distance from the supply device is ensured. To that end, the solid particles are transported in a closed circuit between the supply device and a charging or intermediate storage device and the momentarily required partial quantity of solid particles needed for charging the cutting jet is removed from the closed circuit.
