A self-propelling harvester thresher has a cutting and transporting unit, a threshing unit having a threshing basket and a threshing drum, a transferring drum and a separating unit having a separating rotor and a separating housing with a drawing-in opening. The threshing drum has a plurality of threshing segments arranged on its periphery and offset relative to one another. The transferring drum is provided with a plurality of drivers arranged on a periphery of the transferring drum and offset relative to one another similarly to the threshing segments of the threshing drum. The drivers are formed as individual point-like elements which are spaced from one another in an axial direction and in a circumferential direction of the transferring drum and engage in a product accumulation in a point-like manner so as to loosen and to spread the product accumulation and transport parts of the product accumulation in a longitudinal direction of the harvester thresher while other parts of the material accumulation remain behind.

Self-propelling harvester thresher

A self-propelling harvester thresher has elements for cutting and transporting a harvested product, threshing unit arranged after the elements and operating in accordance with the principle of radial flow and also including a threshing basket and a threshing drum, a transferring drum arranged after the threshing unit for transferring substantially threshed straw, a separating unit transporting the harvested product in accordance with the principle of axial flow against a travelling direction of the harvester thresher and including at least one separating rotor and a separating housing provided with a drawing-in opening. The threshing drum has a plurality of threshing segments arranged on its periphery and offset relative to one another. The transferring drum in its region preceding the drawing-in opening of the separating housing is provided with a plurality of drivers which are arranged on a periphery of the transferring drum and are offset relative to one another similarly to the threshing segments of the threshing drum.

A self-propelling harvesting thresher comprises threshing means, and a post threshing and separating mechanism, the post threshing and separating mechanism operating in accordance with an axial flow system and including two rotors located near one another and driven in the same direction and a housing surrounding the rotors and provided with guiding means above each drum for guiding a product, the housing being expanded above the rotors.

A separating and cleaning arrangement for a self-propelled harvester thresher, comprises a stationary housing extending in a traveling direction and provided with an inlet and outlet opening, and a rotor driveably supported in the housing and having a casing and a shaft surrounded by the casing and having two ends, and elements for supporting the rotor in the housing and including a bearing arranged on each of the ends of the shaft, a sleeve having a spherical outer surface and embracing the bearing which is arranged on one of the ends of the shaft being a front end as considered in a traveling direction, and a holder arranged so that sleeve is supported in the holder.

Separating and cleaning arrangement for a self-propelled harvester

A self-propelled harvester thresher has a threshing mechanism operating in accordance with a radial flow, a separating mechanism operating in accordance with an axial flow, and a transfer drum located between the threshing mechanism and the separating mechanism and subdividing the threshed product stream so that it is supplied in two partial streams at both sides of the axis of rotation of the separating rotor and a supporting member of the latter.

A self-propelled harvester thresher with axial product flow includes a housing having product inlet and product outlet openings, at least one axially extending rotor which forms together with the housing an annular chamber extending between the product inlet opening and the product outlet opening and having a separating zone, an inclined conveyor conveying the product to the product inlet opening, and a product transferring device located between the inclined conveyor and the separating zone and arranged so that it turns the product stream transported by the inclined conveyor, so that the product stream is supplied to the rotor.

A harvester thresher has threshing elements and a plurality of separating elements each including a separating drum and a separating element located below the drum and provided with perforations and rubbing projections, a plurality of pairs of lateral wall members laterally limiting and holding a respective one of the separating elements, and a bar-shaped elongated supporting element extending in the direction of transportation, so that the separating elements are arranged on and shiftable over the supporting element as units.

A radial blowing device for a harvester thresher cleaning arrangement has at least two blowers each having a double impeller with two sets of blades, two wind passages each extending from a respective one of the impellers, and two partitions each subdividing a respective one of the wind passages into two half passages, so that each of the half passages communicates with a respective one of the sets of blades of a respective one of the impellers, and each of the partitions extends up to the rotor of a respective one of the impellers.
