A single-grain sowing machine having a sowing disc () forming a front wall of a seed hopper () is described, which comprises a fixed disc body () suctioned on the side facing away from the seed hopper () having at least one guide slot (), and a conveyor disc (), pressing against the disc body () on the side of the seed hopper () and drivable around a horizontal axis, having driver slots () distributed around the circumference and extending over the radial extension area of the guide slot (), which form intake openings () for the seed grains dispensable from the seed hopper () along the guide slot () in the overlap area with the guide slot (). In order to be able to perform simple residual emptying of the seed hopper (), it is proposed that the seed hopper () have a floor in the form of an emptying flap (), which is pivotable coaxially to the sowing disc () between a closed position and an open position.

Individual-grain seeding machine

A sowing device having a travelling framework () is described, which comprises a storage roll () for a seed strip () equipped with individual grains () of a seed, and an unwinding unit () for the seed strip () drivable as a function of the travel distance. To ensure a precise deposit of the seed grains (), it is suggested that a sensor () for the individual grains () in the seed strip () be provided in the area of the seed strip section () between the unwinding unit () and a ground-proximal deflection roll (), and a control unit (), connected on one hand to the sensor () and on the other hand to a travel distance encoder (), activate the drive () of the unwinding unit () as a function of the difference between the actual location of the seed grains () detected by the sensor () and a setpoint location predefinable with the aid of the travel distance encoder ().
