A machine tool includes a tool holder and a pneumatic striking mechanism that includes, on a working axis, an exciter piston, a beater, and a pneumatic chamber disposed between the exciter piston and the beater. The exciter piston is drivable by the motor and includes a pot-shaped base body, a seal ring, and a tube-shaped cladding body. The pot-shaped base body has a lateral wall enclosing the working axis and a collar which protrudes in a radial direction. The tube-shaped cladding body is disposed on the pot-shaped base body surrounding the lateral wall. A groove is defined between the collar and the tube-shaped cladding body and the seal ring is disposed in the groove.

Hand-held machine tool

A line penetration for routing a line through a building part. The line penetration includes a first lamellar element with a hollow-cylindrical first base part for receiving the line in a straight-through line opening, and with first circumferential lamellas, which extend outwardly transverse to an axial direction of the first base part; a second lamellar element with a hollow-cylindrical second base part for arrangement in a passage opening of the building part, and with second circumferential lamellas, which extend inwardly transverse to an axial direction of the line opening, where the first and second lamellas mesh with one another in the manner of a comb, so that the side faces of the lamellas are impermeable to gas and bear slidingly on one another.

Line feedthrough for feeding lines through a component

A tool for roughening a borehole surface. The tool includes a coupling portion for clamping the tool in a drilling machine; and a tool head for machining the borehole surface, where the tool head comprises a cutter that is circumferentially disposed on the tool head, and where the tool head has at least one slit, which passes through from one side to the other and which, starting from an end face of the tool head, and extends axially along a longitudinal axis of the tool.

Working tool for a percussion power tool

A combination drilling member includes an axially elongated drill, such as used for drilling rock, having an axially extending shaft (2) with a first end leading in the drilling direction containing a cutting bit (3). The shaft (2) has at least one helical drilled material removal groove (4) and an auxiliary element encircling and detachably connected to the shaft (2) intermediate the ends thereof. The auxiliary element (6) has at least one elastic plastic part (9) extending around the shaft and containing a through hole (10) for the shaft where the plastic part is secured to the shaft by at least one of frictional and positive locking engagement against inadvertent axial displacement and held against relative rotation to torques of up to 40 Nm.

A self-cutting dowel including a dowel rod (2) having a head portion (3) which widens in a setting direction (S), and a sleeve (5) displaceable along the dowel rod (2) and having, at its end adjacent to the head portion (3) a plurality of expansion tabs (7) separated by longitudinal slots (6), with the sleeve (5) being displaceable onto the head portion (3) upon radial expansion of the expansion tabs (7), and with the sleeve (5) being displaceable onto the head portion (3) upon radial expansion of the expansion tabs (7), and with the sleeve (5) being provided with at least one cutter (10) for forming an under cut in a ground during a dowel setting process upon rotation of the sleeve (5), the at least one cutter (10) being provided on a leading, in a rotational direction (R), longitudinal edge (11) of one of the expansion tabs (7) and extending at least along a portion of the axial extent of the one expansion tab.

Self-cutting dowel

An anchor rod for use as a composite anchor is secured in a receiving borehole by one of a hardenable or curable organic and inorganic mortar mass. The anchor rod has a means (3) at a trailing end region (2) for engaging a load. The anchor rod has an anchoring region (4) insertable into the receiving borehole and has a thread-like profiling (5) for interaction with the mortar mass injected into the receiving borehole. The thread-like profiling is a coarse screw thread (5) and has a thread pitch (s) which reduces in the axial direction from the leading end toward the trailing end of the anchor rod (1).

Anchor rod for composite anchors

An attachment anchor assembly for securing a component (15) to a base material (U) includes an axially extending anchor rod (11) having an axially extending anchoring region and a centering sleeve (18) laterally enclosing the anchor rod in a sealing manner and spaced from the anchoring region. A sealing element (19) is located between the centering sleeve (18) and the anchoring region and laterally encloses the anchor rod (11) in a sealing manner. The sealing element (19) has a transverse sealing surface facing towards the anchoring region and the sealing surface can be displaced axially towards the centering sleeve.

Attachment anchor assembly

A tool for anchoring expansion dowels has a handle (1) with two receiving mounts (2, 10) into which a setting drift (8, 13) can be fixed. Each receiving mount (2, 10) has an axis corresponding to the axis of the setting drift (8, 13). The axes of the receiving mounts (2, 10) are disposed at an angle of 90.degree. relative to one another. Flexural elements exert a prestress on the fixed setting drift (8, 13).

Tool for manually anchoring expansion dowels

A cartridge for use in an extension tool is arranged to receive one or more foil bags containing a single component or a multi-component mass and is formed of a cylinder (3) defining one or more receiving chambers (13) open at the opposite ends thereof. An axially displaceable piston (5) has opposite end faces (5b, 5c) extending across the cylinder (3) and each end face is symmetrical about its axis. The end faces of the piston can be used alternately for dispensing the mass out of the one or more foil bags.

The retention value of a screw previously inserted into a wooden railroad tie is increased by an axially extending sleeve ( 20 ) having an external thread ( 24 ) and an internal thread (25). The thread revolutions of the internal thread (25) are offset axially by half (h) the thread pitch (H) of the external thread (24). Due to this offset of the threads, the screw is positioned in the sleeve so that its threads are located between the external thread revolutions affording a new retention, while the external thread (24) seats within the thread previously formed in the wooden railroad tie by the screw.

Sleeve for increasing retention value of a screw

An expansion dowel is formed of an axially elongated expansion member and an expansion element insertable into a bore through the expansion member. The expansion member has two axially extending first slots located diametrically opposite one another and open at one end of the member. Two axially extending second slots are located in the expansion member offset circumferentially by 90.degree. from the first slots. The second slots are closed at their opposite ends. The first and second slots partially overlap in the axial direction, so that the expansion member is radially expandable in the overlapping region of the slots, while the expansion element is prevented from moving off center during the expanding operation.

Expansion dowel

A tool (1) for extracting expansion sleeves (2) of expansion anchor assembles includes an axially extending tubular shaft with a conical external thread (1b) at its leading end to be inserted into a borehole (9) in a structural member (3). The external thread tapers inwardly to the leading end. At its trailing end the shaft (1a) has a force applying member or members. The shaft (1a) has a central axially extending through hole (1d) for laterally enclosing an anchor bolt (4). After the expansion sleeve is relieved of expanding force by hammering the anchor bolt (4) into the borehole, the external thread (1b) on the extracting tool (1) is screwed into a gap between the anchor bolt (4) and the expansion sleeve (2). External thread (1b) cuts into the inner wall (2b) of the expansion sleeve (2) as the extracting tool is screwed in and, as a result, forms a positively locked connection with the expansion sleeve. The expansion sleeve (2) can be pulled out of the borehole (9) in the receiving material (3) by applying an axial force to the force application member (1c).
