The present invention relates to an intraluminal vascular prosthesis for implantation into a blood vessel, with a stent framework and a prosthesis material secured onto the stent framework, wherein the vascular prosthesis has a hollow-cylindrical body with a lumen passing there through and a circumferentially closed jacket, wherein at least one substantially U-shaped or V-shaped fenestration-cut in the prosthesis material of the vascular prosthesis is provided, which is dimensioned and formed, such, that via the fenestration-cut a flap-like access to the lumen of the vascular prosthesis for at least one side branch branching off from the hollow-cylindrical body can be formed.

Intraluminal vascular prosthesis

The present invention relates to a catheter comprising a balloon, wherein said catheter comprises the following: a dilatation body and a catheter shaft which comprises a proximal and a distal end; the catheter shaft additionally comprising a fluid lumen by means of which a fluid can be fed to said dilatation body. The dilatation body is made up of at least three balloon segments which are arranged immediately adjacently to one another and one being the other on said catheter shaft, and can be dilated independently of one another.

The present invention relates to a stent graft and to an insertion system for the stent graft according to the invention. The stent graft comprises a stent graft portion with a self-expanding stent having successive rings of meandering supports and a first prosthesis material secured on the rings. On at least one of its rings, the stent graft portion has two loop-shaped fixing elements which are attached via a common fixing area and which are attached to the supports of the rings in such a way that, due to the fact that they are guided in opposite directions around the hollow cylindrical body, the latter is compressible. Furthermore, the insertion system according to the invention also has a pin element with which the loop-shaped fixing elements can be threaded on.

Stent graft with fixing elements and insertion system

The invention relates to an intraluminal vascular prosthesis, preferably for implanting in the aortic arch. The prosthesis has a hollow cylindrical body with a first end and a second end; a first vascular prosthesis portion; a second vascular prosthesis portion; and a stent portion which is provided between the first and the second vascular prosthesis portion and which is rigidly connected to said vascular prosthesis portions, said stent portion being free of prosthesis material.

The present invention relates to a stent-graft system comprising a first hollow cylindrical stent-graft body and at least one second hollow cylindrical stent-graft body. The first and the second stent-graft bodies are two structurally separate stent-graft bodies, and each comprise a first end, a second end, and a longitudinal axis. The first and the second stent-graft bodies further each comprise a stent-graft portion and a stent portion. The stent portion of the first stent-graft body and the stent portion of the second stent-graft body are designed in such a way that they can be at least partially inserted into one another in order to form one shared stent portion which is free from prosthesis material.

Modular stentgraft system

A stent graft comprises a hollow cylindrical body and a sleeve catheter, wherein the body comprises at least a self-expanding stent and prosthetic material, wherein the body has a circumference in a compressed state which is smaller than a circumference of the body in an expanded state. The sleeve catheter is embodied as a flap-shaped compression element comprising two longitudinal edges, wherein a first longitudinal edge is attached to the body, wherein an extent of the flap-shaped compression element perpendicular to the first longitudinal edge is smaller than the circumference of the body in the expanded state, wherein, for compressing the body, the flap-shaped compression element can be placed around the body and a free second longitudinal edge is detachably fixable to fixation points arranged on the body and/or on the flap-shaped compression element.

Stent graft

The invention relates to a vascular prosthesis system for inserting into and for supporting a blood vessel of a patient. The vascular prosthesis system comprises (i) a stent graft element comprising a prosthesis material, and (ii) a stent element free of prosthesis material. Furthermore, a strip-like prosthesis material segment is provided, by means of which the stent graft element and the stent element are connected to each other, in such a way that the strip-like prosthesis material segment forms a prosthesis material bridge.

Vascular prosthesis system

The present invention relates to a stent graft and to an insertion system for the stent graft according to the invention. The stent graft includes a stent graft portion with a self-expanding stent having successive rings of meandering supports and a first prosthesis material secured on the rings. On at least one of its rings, the stent graft portion has two loop-shaped fixing elements which are attached via a common fixing area and which are attached to the supports of the rings in such a way that, due to the fact that they are guided in opposite directions around the hollow cylindrical body, the latter is compressible. The present invention relates to a delivery system for a self-expanding stent with a hollow cylindrical body and a proximal and a distal end. At least the proximal end thereof has projecting loops pointing alternately in the proximal and distal direction, the loops having a shoulder and straight sections. In addition, there is an outer tube which passes through the stent and an inner tube which passes through the outer tube, the inner tube and the outer tube being designed to move axially with respect to one another. In addition, it is fitted with a locking system for the projecting loops at the proximal end of the stent for introduction of the stent into the body vessel, the locking system having a cap element with pin elements fixed to it which point axially in the proximal direction of the delivery system and a first engagement unit for the pin elements which is positioned proximal with respect to the cap element in the delivery system.

Stent delivery system

An apparatus for inserting an elongated device into a body cavity has a valve having a longitudinal axis. The valve is provided with a housing having a cup-shaped recess and a base, a first channel section provided in said base, a plunger having an end face, said plunger being at least with its end face inserted into and displacable within the cup-shaped recess, a second channel section provided in the plunger, and a hollow cylindrical elastic seal arranged within the cup-shaped recess between said base and said end face, said seal having an outer face and an inner face defining there between a cross section of the seal, a third channel section provided in the seal and surrounded by the inner face. The third channel section forms together with the first channel section and the second channel section a central channel, said central channel extending and being continuous along said longitudinal axis. Said seal is provided with a change in said cross section in a region along said longitudinal axis.
