A method of producing a fastening arrangement for the position-correct fastening of a component to a structural part of a motor vehicle comprises the steps: providing of the structural part; providing of a first tolerance compensation element and a second tolerance compensation element; positioning of the first tolerance compensation element, while holding the structural part firmly, relative to the structural part in a nominal position for the later position-correct fastening of the component to be fastened, and holding of the first tolerance compensation element in the nominal position, the first tolerance compensation element being positioned with a gap relative to the structural part; inserting of the second tolerance compensation element between the first tolerance compensation element and the structural part, so that the gap between the first tolerance compensation element and the structural part is bridged over; joining of the second tolerance compensation element to the first tolerance compensation element and to the structural part.

A connection arrangement for connecting two tube pieces of a crossmember for a vehicle has a first attachment element made of a first material, wherein the first attachment element is provided for a solid material-bonded connection to at least a first tube piece which comprises the first material. Furthermore, the first attachment element has a second attachment element which is fastened to the first attachment element, wherein the second attachment element consists essentially of a second material differing from the first material, wherein the second attachment element is provided for a solid material-bonded connection to a second tube piece which comprises the second material. Furthermore, a crossmember has such a connection arrangement.

An arrangement for connecting a tubular first component to a second component, in particular for connecting a tensioning tube to an A-pillar of a vehicle body, has a first structural element which forms a receptacle for a screw element and is arranged at an end of the first component that faces the second component, and a second structural element which is secured in such a manner at that end of the first component which faces the second component that the first structural element is held between the first component and the second structural element, and the screw element is held by the second structural element in the first structural element in loss-proof fashion, the screw element being movable in the first structural element, at least in a direction transversely with respect to a longitudinal axis of the first component, for compensation of tolerances in the connection of the first component to the second component. Furthermore, a method for producing an arrangement of this type is described.
