Aspects of the disclosure relate to devices, wireless communication apparatuses, methods, and circuitry implementing bulk wave suppression in a stacked electroacoustic device. One aspect includes a first substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface, where the second surface is opposite the first surface, a first AW resonator circuit positioned on the first surface of the first substrate, a plurality of elements including a first element, where the plurality of elements are positioned on the second surface of the first substrate, and where the first element is aligned with the first AW resonator circuit, and a second substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface, where the plurality of elements are positioned on the first surface of the second substrate, and where the plurality of elements create a cavity between the first substrate and the second substrate.

A filter circuit comprises a main operating unit (MU) arranged in the series signal line providing most of the filter function of the filter circuit. A micro acoustic last series resonator (RL) as a last element of the main operating unit in the series signal line is prone to excite a spurious mode that is damped with a final series capacitance (CE) circuited between the last element and the antenna terminal (AT).

A SAW filter circuit having improved ESD resistance is specified, in which a series interconnection composed of SAW resonators is interconnected between a first signal port and a dual-mode SAW filter port. The static capacitance of the series interconnection is at most four times the static capacitance of the dual-mode SAW filter transducers interconnected therewith.

An electric filter has a band-pass filter that includes a track with acoustically coupled electroacoustic transducers. The filter includes a band-stop filter with at least one electroacoustic series element and at least one electroacoustic parallel element. The series element of the band-stop filter is connected in series to at least one of the transducers of the band-pass filter. The parallel element of the band-stop filter is arranged in a shunt arm that is electrically connected to at least one of the transducers of the band-pass filter. In at least one of the electroacoustic elements of the band-stop filter, the resonance frequency and the anti-resonance frequency lie outside the passband of the band-pass filter.

Surface acoustic wave filter comprising a band-pass filter and a band-stop filter

A surface acoustic wave filter arrangement is described herein. The surface acoustic wave filter arrangement includes a first gate configured to operate symmetrically or asymmetrically, and a second gate configured to operate symmetrically. The filter arrangement also includes a double-mode surface acoustic wave (DMS) filter structure including an input connected to the first gate, and an output. The output includes a terminal pair that includes two symmetrical terminals configured to operate symmetrically. Each of the two symmetrical terminals of the terminal pair is electrically connected at the output of the DMS filter structure to a cascaded resonator.
