A squeeze-out dispenser for a container containing compounds is disclosed. In an embodiment, the squeeze-out dispenser features two plungers which are provided with a profile along their longitudinal extensions and a drive unit for the plungers with a drive meshing with the profile of the plungers. The profile of the plungers is formed by several through-holes spaced apart from one another at a uniform interval and passing through the plungers, into which through-holes engagements of the drive engage for advancing the plungers.

Squeeze-out dispenser

An ejection device for a mass-containing package () includes at least one piston rod () having a toothing () extending along its longitudinal extent, and a drive unit () for displacing the at least one piston rod () and having at least one gear wheel () engageable with the toothing () of the at least one piston rod () and displaceable from a first position, in which it engages the toothing () of the at least one piston rod (), to a position in which it is disengaged from the toothing () of the at least one piston rod, and a drive motor () for driving the at least one gear wheel ().

Ejection device

An ejection device () for cartridges containing multi-component compounds has an ejection mechanism () and a receptacle () for the cartridge, with the receptacle () being limited on the front side by a head plate () and on the rear side by a stop plate () and in order to hold the cartridge in a first position, a first stop () provided at the head plate () and a second stop () provided in the area of the stop plate (), and a third stop () in order to hold the cartridge in a further position.

A cartridge () used as a container for a compound that can be ejected by an ejection device, has two receptacles () and a head part (), each receptacle () having a receptacle chamber () for components of the compound with the head part () having a base plate () with an outlet opening () for the compound and, at a contact surface () of the base plate (), two guide portions () for joining to an end () of the corresponding receptacle (), a guide element for the receptacle () arranged adjacent to the guide portion () at the contact surface () of the head part ().

Cartridge for an ejectable compound

A rapid-action connection element for a compressed air hose () includes a filter () located in the discharge casing () for sealing a flow cross-section, a flow-through pressure piston () extending, at least partially into the discharge casing () and displaceable, within limits between outward position remote from the filter () in which the pressure piston () is sealed with respect to the discharge casing (), and an inward position adjacent to the filter () in which the pressure piston () is open with respect to the discharge casing () for flow therebetween, and a flow-through rapid-action coupling member () connected with the pressure piston ().

A pressure medium-operated dispenser for dispensing a mass from a storage and dispensing container and including a housing, a dispensing device () supported in the housing () and having a pressure medium-operated plunger () with at least one push member (), and a metering device () for presetting an amount of mass to-be-dispensed by the dispensing device and including adjustment element () for setting the metered amount, a carrier member () cooperating with the dispensing device (), a return element () for displacing the carrier member () from its end position to its initial position, a retaining member () supported in the housing () without possibility of displacement in the longitudinal direction (L) of the dispenser (), and a follow-up member () displaceable in the longitudinal direction (L) of the dispenser () and extending in a guide tube, the carrier member () being arranged at the free end of the follow-up member () and secured in the guide tube for connection the follow-up member () to the guide tube connected with the plunger ().

Dispenser with a metering device

A tool for squeezing a single-component or multicomponent mass out of a film bag or a cartridge and including at least one piston rod (,), a displacement mechanism for displacing the piston rod (,) and including at least two axially displaceable clamping levers (,) arranged on the piston rod (,) and pivotable in a longitudinal direction of the tool, with one of the at least two levers serving for displacement of the piston rod and another of the at least two levers serving for locking the piston at least two springs (,) cooperating with the clamping levers (,), a release lever (,) cooperating with the clamping levers (,), and a drive mechanism for actuating the displacement mechanism and including a rotatable eccentric disc (,) cooperating with the piston rod-displacing lever.
