An appliance for heat treatment or inductive heating or cooling of shrink chucks for shaft-type tools or a shrinkage appliance or cooling appliance or shrinkage appliance with a cooling appliance, includes a receiving device or opening receiving a shrink chuck, a heat treatment unit surrounding the receiving device relative to a central axis, an induction coil arrangement or cooling unit, and a measuring unit for temperature measurement of the shrink chuck. For exactly measuring shell temperatures of chucks in receiving openings, the measuring unit has temperature sensors around the receiving device or one temperature sensor inclined around the central axis for contactless detection of the shell temperature, or the measuring unit has sensors around the receiving device including a first temperature sensor for contactless detection of a shell temperature, and a different type of second sensor for detecting another property of the shrink chuck in the receiving device.

A clamping apparatus includes a spindle body and a nut element to be screwed together for decreasing a spacing between first and second clamping elements to clamp an object disposed therebetween. The nut element has roller bodies with a defined roller engagement structure axially rotatably secured on a receiving body of the nut element and distributed in circumferential direction. A plurality of engagement regions distributed and/or spaced apart on the spindle body each have one spindle body engagement structure. The roller engagement structures of the roller bodies engage or can engage the spindle body engagement structures of the spindle body. The nut element can be screwed to the spindle body by the mutually engaged engagement structures of the spindle body and of the roller bodies, in particular with rolling of the roller bodies on the spindle body. A balancing adapter for a balancing device has a clamping device for clamping a workpiece. The clamping device has a clamping sleeve element with a clamping sleeve, and a clamping element that can be moved relative to the clamping sleeve element. The clamping sleeve has a taper, and the clamping element has a mating taper corresponding to the clamping sleeve taper. The clamping diameter of the clamping sleeve can be adjusted, and thus a workpiece can be clamped, by moving the clamping element relative to the clamping sleeve element. The clamping sleeve element is releasably connectable to a base body of the balancing adapter. Accordingly, for connection to the base body, the clamping sleeve element has an annular flange by which, in the connected state of the clamping sleeve element and the base body, the clamping sleeve element rests on an end wall of the base body.

A screw insert has a first connecting/coupling region at one end with a recess, in particular for connecting to the coupling element. The device comprises a base part in which an adapter for inserting or removing a tool is arranged such that the insertion direction of the tool extends towards the base part. The device also comprises a heating part designed for heating the adapter arranged in the base part, the base part and the heating part being displaceable relative to one another in the insertion direction of the tool. The base part comprises a mounting device for retaining the adapter in a fixed manner on the base part during heating. The adapter and the mounting device are provided with elements for interlocking interaction for retaining the adapter on the base part.

A clamping device for clamping an article or workpiece to be balanced includes a clamping apparatus for clamping the article. The clamping apparatus has an adjusting device for adjusting the clamping diameter of a clamping body of the clamping apparatus for clamping the article on a placement surface. The clamping body has a disk-shaped spring element sprung in radial direction with a centrally disposed clearance forming at least one spring element cone. The clamping body also has a clamping element inserted into the clearance and having at least one corresponding clamping element cone. The adjusting device has an actuating device for displacing the clamping element relative to the spring element, for moving the cone surfaces of the clamping element cone and the spring element cone relative to one another and for consequently clamping and/or unclamping the spring element in radial direction by the cone surfaces.

The invention relates to a threaded insert for securing a tool provided with a securing thread in a tool receiving area. The threaded insert contains a receiving opening with an inner thread for screwing in the tool at the front end face. According to the invention, the threaded insert has a plug-in region which tapers towards the rear end face and which comprises an outer support surface, and at least one depression for receiving an adhesive is arranged on the outer contact surface. The invention additionally relates to a receiving element for such a threaded insert and to a tool receiving area comprising such a threaded insert and a corresponding receiving element.

The invention relates to a collet chuck () for clamping a preferably cylindrical tool shank with a chuck body () of a collet () and an union nut (), which are matched in such a way that the collet () can be driven into the chuck body () by tightening the union nut () such that it secures the tool shank in the collet chuck () ready for operation, wherein the collet () and the union nut () are permanently connected to one another and at the same time connected in a rotatable manner relative to one another.

A chucking apparatus for chucking an object contains a basic body which has a receiving space in which the object can be disposed. A chucking device is provided with a chucking nut which is screwable onto the basic body and by the chucking nut being screwed onto the basic body the object disposed in the receiving space can be chucked non-rotatably. The chucking nut has a plurality of roller bodies having a defined roller engagement structure. The roller bodies are held in an axially rotatable manner on a chucking body of the chucking nut and are arranged distributed in the circumferential direction on the chucking nut. The rollers by their roller engagement structure are in engagement with the basic body engagement structure of the basic body.

A shrink fit adapter for a collet chuck has a rear holding area that can be mounted inside a collet chuck and a front receiving area for holding a tool shank. A through opening runs from a front face of the receiving area to a rear face of the holding area. A clamping area extends into the rear holding area. Here, the adapter is formed with a plurality of slots, which extend radially outward from the through opening and are distributed over the circumference. The slots are arranged in a central area of the through opening and the front ends of the slots are spaced apart from the front face of the receiving area.
