A domestic cooling device includes an insulating wall, a cold chamber adjoining the insulating wall, and a wall light arranged on the insulating wall. The wall light includes at least one light source, a window element which forms a transparent window region, and a reflection surface that is arranged in front of the window element in the propagation path of at least a portion of the light radiation coming from the light source. The insulating wall includes an inner lining part adjoining the cold chamber and an insulating foam material arranged behind the inner lining part. An opening is formed in the inner lining part, at least a portion of the reflection surface being arranged within the contour of the opening. At least a portion of the reflection surface is formed by a cover part that covers the opening and with which the insulating foam material is in contact.

A multiple-stroke hydrostatic axial piston machine has a plurality of piston-shaped displacement bodies () that can each move longitudinally in a displacement chamber () and are each supported by a roller body on a track () that is provided with axial cams () that generate a reciprocal motion. Each of the roller bodies is a roller () which is located in a recess (A) of the displacement body () that restricts radial and axial relative movements of the roller () with respect to the displacement body (). Multiple-stroke hydrostatic axial piston machine

A drive axle, in particular an industrial truck drive axle, has an electric motor (), a differential () of a traction drive, which differential is oriented coaxially with the electric motor, and a planetary gear set () that is connected between the electric motor () and the differential (). To reduce the effort and expense required to construct the drive axle, the electric motor () can be connected in a drive connection by means of a coupling device () that is in an operative connection with the planetary gear set (), with the traction drive, and/or with a work drive. The electric motor () can thereby feed a work drive alternatively or in addition to the traction drive.

A drive device is provided for a machine with a traction drive system and a hydraulic work system. The traction drive system has a drive axle and the hydraulic system has at least one electric motor and at least one pump driven by the electric motor. The electric motor and/or the pump are integrated into the drive axle or are located directly on the drive axle. In one configuration, the drive axle has two traction motors located on the ends of the drive axle. The electric motor and/or the pump are located axially between the traction motors. Downstream of the pump of the hydraulic work system there is a valve control device which is integrated into the drive axle or is fastened to the outside of the axle housing in the vicinity of the pump.

A self-supporting drive module has a support component () in which at least one electric motor (oror) is located. To facilitate the manufacturing process, the electric motor (oror) is a prefabricated motor module having a separate motor housing (oror). The support component () can be a drive axle, with at least one drive wheel located on each end of the axle.

Self-supporting drive module

A hydrostatic slewing drive suitable for use in construction equipment, in particular excavators, has a pinion shaft that is rotationally mounted in a housing. A slewing pinion is connected to the pinion shaft. An axial piston motor that utilizes a swashplate construction is in the housing and has a rotating cylinder block with borings and pistons located in the boring. The cylinder block is in one piece with, or integral with, the pinion shaft. The axial piston motor preferably has a constant flow volume, whereby the swashplate is shaped on a housing component. The pistons are supported by slippers on the swashplate which is provided with hydraulic fluid supply channels to which borings in the slippers and in the piston can be connected. The slewing piston can be detachably fastened to the pinion shaft/cylinder block. There is also a brake that can be actively connected with the pinion shaft/cylinder block. The brake, which is a wet, spring-loaded, multiple-disc brake, is preferably located next to the swashplate base and is connected in rotational synchronization with the pinion shaft/cylinder block by a torsion rod. At least one valve, in particular a control valve, is located between the swashplate and the swashplate base.

Hydrostatic slewing drive

A hydrostatic axial piston machine has a swashplate, a cylinder block, a cylinder block bearing system, a brake to arrest the cylinder block, and a compensation device to relieve the cylinder block bearing system from axial engine forces. The compensation device is integrated into the brake. The brake has a brake piston loaded in the closing direction by a spring and has a relieving surface which acts in the opening direction and can be pressured by hydraulic pressure and is active opposite to the axial engine forces. The cylinder block bearing system has two helical roller bearings in an O-arrangement and the brake piston is an annular piston located axially between the helical roller bearings. A retaining ring of the spring is supported against the inner ring of a helical roller bearing provided to absorb axial engine forces.

Hydrostatic axial piston machine with a swashplate design

An axial piston machine with a swashplate and a cylinder block provided with a torque transmission member is rotationally mounted by a bearing system located radially between the cylinder block and a housing. To achieve compact dimensions and an improved supply of hydraulic fluid, the cylinder block and the swashplate are penetrated centrally by two plain coaxial conduits that are connected on the swashplate-side ends to hydraulic fluid supply channels and emerge on the cylinder-block-side ends in a control body which has a control surface that interacts with the cylinder block. The control body is located inside the cylinder block. The plain conduits are supported in a swashplate mounting and in the cylinder block. The axial piston machine is preferably realized in the form of a wheel motor.

Axial piston machine

A hydrostatic axial piston machine has a cylinder block with bores holding reciprocating pistons, a swashplate supporting the pistons, and control cams to supply the bores with hydraulic fluid. The swashplate is a pivoting cradle mounted on friction bearings in a cradle receptacle. Hydraulic fluid channels empty into the cradle receptacle and are in communication with supply channels in the cradle connected to the control cams. An actuator piston to adjust the cradle is located between two friction bearing segments of the cradle receptacle and has a toothed rack segment engaging a gearing segment on the back side of the cradle.

A wheel hub drive includes a stationary hub carrier, a rotational hub, a hydrostatic axial piston motor using the swashplate construction fastened to the hub drive and in a direct drive connection with the hub, and a brake connected directly between the hub carrier and the hub. To achieve the smallest possible dimensions of the hub drive, the axial piston motor has an external bearing cylinder block and a motor shaft that is free of lateral forces and is rotationally synchronously coupled with the hub. The hub has a separate bearing system for mounting in the hub carrier. A bearing system is radially between a central bearing journal of the hub and a bearing segment connected with or formed on the hub. The bearing system is preferably formed of two helical roller bearings in an O-arrangement. The brake is located radially outside and axially inside the area of the bearing system. A flange provided on the hub for fastening at least one wheel rim has a companion drum that covers the brake. The drum engages with the brake and is detachably connected with the flange. The drum can be fixed in its axial position by wheel fastening bolts. The wheel fastening bolts and/or a longitudinal gearing on the outer peripheral surface of the flange and a longitudinal gearing on the inner peripheral surface of the companion drum can transmit the braking moment between the companion drum and the flange. The brake is a wet, hydraulically actuated spring-loaded multiple-disc brake connected to an oil circuit of the axial piston motor. A sealing element is radially between a terminal segment of the companion drum and the hub carrier. The outside diameter of the hub carrier in the vicinity of the terminal segment of the companion drum is greater than the outside diameter of the brake.

Hub drive

A hydrostatic axial piston machine with a swashplate construction formed with an axially short construction. The cylinder block has a plurality of bores received in movable pistons. The pistons are each supported by respective slippers through a slipper joint on a swashplate. The center points of the slipper joints are located in a plane, the intersection point of the plane with the axis of rotation of the cylinder block is in an end surface of the cylinder block that contains the piston exit openings or in an area of the cylinder block that is adjacent to the end surface. The cylinder block is rotationally mounted in the vicinity of the intersection point of the plane with the axis of rotation. The center points of all the slipper joints are preferably located inside the axial extension of the bores in the cylinder block so that transverse piston forces are absorbed direction in the cylinder block. The slipper joints may be connected by a connecting rod with the corresponding slipper. The cylinder block may include an external bearing system connected with a centrally located torque rod.

Hydrostatic axial piston machine with a swashplate construction

A hydrostatic hub drive with an integrated axial piston machine utilizing a swashplate design, in particular a wheel hub drive, has a stationary hub carrier in the form of a machine housing of the axial piston machine, a hub formed by a machine shaft and mounted inside the hub carrier so that it can rotate, and a hub bearing in the form of a shaft bearing. The axial piston machine is configured as an individual drive unit and has an individual cylinder block on the machine shaft that extends out of the machine housing through an outlet opening. A swashplate is located in an area near the outlet opening and a control base receptacle is located in an area farther from the outlet opening. The axial piston motor is preferably a fixed displacement motor and has a swashplate that is shaped into the machine housing, which swashplate is oriented so that the radial components of the propulsion forces, under operating conditions, are effectively directed opposite to the external forces acting on the hub bearing system. A brake in the form of a wet-running, spring-loaded, multiple-disc brake can be located radially between the cylinder block and the machine housing. It is also possible to locate the brake in a recess of the cover. Shaped onto the machine shaft is a wheel flange that can hold at least one wheel rim, which wheel flange as a rim centering device and concentric threaded borings.

Hydrostatic hub drive

An axial piston motor utilizing swash plate construction, in particular a wheel motor, includes a stationary support part that contains a swash plate, a control surface and a rotating output part into which a cylinder drum is integrated. Common bearings are provided for mounting the cylinder drum and the support part. The bearings are located radially between the cylinder drum and a bearing bush that surrounds the cylinder drum and is connected with the rotating output part. The bearings, which are preferably roller bearings, absorb both the external forces (wheel loads) and also the engine forces.

Shaftless axial piston motor

A hydrostatic motor unit designed as a wheel drive comprises at least two hydraulic motors, at least one of which has a variable capacity. The hydraulic motors can be switched hydraulically in parallel and have output rotors that can be coupled with each other. The invention teaches that the output rotors are oriented coaxially to one another and are connected to each other in rotational synchronization. The output rotors are preferably part of a one-piece rotor block that contains the work chambers of the two hydraulic motors. The motor unit consists of an internally pressurized, in particular multiple-stroke radial piston motor that has a constant capacity, and a reversible axial piston motor utilizing the swash plate construction that has an adjustable capacity. From a common, axially oriented control surface for the radial piston motor and the axial piston motor, there are hydraulic channels of approximately the same length that lead to the work chambers of the hydraulic motors. The control surface provided with pressure equalization grooves is formed on an axially movable control body, which can be pressed by spring force and hydraulic pressure toward a counter surface located on the rotor block. The rotor block is penetrated by a central recess, in which there are hydraulic lines that emerge in the control surface.
