A heating device for single cylindrical laboratory vessels (e.g., laboratory test tubes), the heating device including a clamp-like element using a force-fit to encompass at least a part of each cylindrical laboratory vessel, one or more electrical resistance heating circuits located at the interior of the clamp-like element, and grab handles to open and close the clamp-like element, thereby to insert or release the cylindrical laboratory vessel from the heating device.

Heating device for cylindrical laboratory vessels

A single-use mixer or homogenizer is provided that includes a container provided with a lid which is provided as a compression element () for substances () in the container (). The compression element () is rotatably arranged in relation to the container (). The substances () are pressed and ground through the sieve () into the collecting chamber () by the rotation of the compression element (), and can be removed by a pipette () which passes through both the compression element () and the cover on the sieve ().

One-way mixer homogenizer, extractor, fractioner or slurry producer

A single-use fractionating device () is provided including a laboratory test container () for the substances to be fractioned (), and a receiving container () for receiving fractioned substances (). The containers () are interconnected by the fractionating device (). For the fractionating process, the two containers () or the fractionating mechanism () with the laboratory container () and the fractionating mechanism body () with the receiving container () are rotated relative to each other. The product to be fractioned is hermetically sealed from the environment during the entire fractionating process.

One-way fractionating device

A device for extracting and fragmenting substances, especially infectious or malodorous substances, in a laboratory test vessel () is provided. The device includes a processing tool () and a stirrer element (). An interior of the laboratory test vessel () is subdivided by a sieve () into a collection chamber and a processing chamber. The sieve () prevents parts of the substances having a defined rain size from reaching the collection chamber (). A sample can be taken from the collection chamber using a pipette () which is passed through the stirrer element () and the sieve ().

Device for extracting, fragmenting, mixing and homogenizing especially infectious, malodorous, chemically corrosive or sterile substances

The invention relates to a device for the mixing, homogenizing, extraction, or slurrying of materials, in particular infectious, or malodorous or chemically-aggressive materials () in a laboratory test vessel () which may be hermetically sealed with a lid (). A stirrer element () is provided in the lid () for processing of the material () placed in the laboratory test vessel (), with the stirrer element being connected to a coupling piece (). Cutting and/or crushing elements () arranged directly adjacent to cutting edges () on a retainer sleeve (), comminute the material. The stirrer element () is a hollow cylinder () and is provided with a central sealing cap () such that the homogenate () can be manually or automatically diluted or pipetted from the laboratory test vessel () by means of a pipette or a needle or disposable tip without removing the disposable lid (), or analyzed with a sensor or heated or cooled by means of a heating or cooling bar.

Disposable mixer and homogeniser

A device for mixing and homogenizing materials, especially infectious or chemically aggressive materials, which can be inserted into a laboratory test container. A disposable lid is provided to hermetically seal said laboratory test container. A stirring element is provided in the disposable lid for processing the material that is introduced into the laboratory test container. Said stirring element is fitted with a cutting element that rotates about the longitudinal axis of the laboratory test container, said cutting element processing the material together with additional cutting edges. Complete homogenization of tissue fragments can be securely achieved by hermetically closing the laboratory test container.
