A device for treating containers, for example, for filling and closing containers in filling plants is described. The device includes an isolator chamber in which the treatment of the containers takes place, and an outlet disposed beneath the isolator chamber for discharging fluids, wherein the outlet has a housing for receiving ejected containers and a suction device for extracting gases from the isolator chamber.

Device for treating containers

A device for filling a fill product into a container to be filled in a beverage bottling plant. The device includes a fill product reservoir for storing the fill product, a fill product channel, and a filling member in fluid communication with the fill product reservoir via the fill product channel. The filling member is configured to introduce the fill product into the container to be filled and the filling member communicates via media channels to provide media flows for two or more functions: flushing the container with a flushing gas, pre-pressurizing the container before it is filled, returning gas displaced during the filling of the container, relieving a gas overpressure in the container, and circulating a hot fill product through the filling member for controlling a temperature. A single media channel of the media channels is configured to provide the media flows for at least two of the functions.

Device and method for filling a fill product into a container to be filled in a beverage bottling plant

A device for providing clean air in a beverage filling plant is described. The device includes an inflow channel with at least one filter for pretreating the air sucked in via a supply-air feed. The inflow channel is adjoined by a first outflow channel with at least one filter for treating the air pretreated in the inflow channel for feeding into a filling cleanroom of the beverage filling plant. The inflow channel is adjoined by a second outflow channel for treating the air pretreated in the inflow channel for feeding into a blowing cleanroom for the blow-molding of plastic containers. A dehumidifying device for dehumidifying the pretreated air is arranged in the second outflow channel.

Device for providing clean air in a beverage filling plant

A device for filling containers with a filling product, that includes a stationary plant section, a plant section, and a rotary distributor is described. The plant section rotates in relation to the stationary plant section and includes at least one filling valve for filling a container with the filling product. The rotary distributor is configured to transfer the filling product from the stationary plant section to the rotating plant section, and has a distributor housing and a distributor shaft, which is at least partially accommodated in the distributor housing and which includes at least one bore for conducting the filling product. The distributor housing is disposed on the stationary plant section and the distributor shaft is disposed on the rotating plant section.

Device for filling containers with a filling product

A sealing ring for sealing a second component, which rotates in relation to a first component, for example for sealing a distribution channel of a rotary media distributor in a beverage filling system is described. The sealing ring includes an annular seal main body to be accommodated on the first component and a wear profiled element arranged radially within the seal main body for contacting the second component in a sealing manner, wherein the seal main body has at least one region of reduced radius in order to enable deformation of the seal main body as the seal main body is assembled with the first component.

A sealing device with a bearing unit for a distribution apparatus for media may include a shaft sleeve arranged in a stationary manner and inside which at least one supply line for a medium can be guided and a housing rotatable with respect to the shaft sleeve and arranged radially outside the shaft sleeve with respect to a rotation axis of the housing. The bearing unit bears the housing such that it can rotate with respect to the shaft sleeve, and the bearing unit is offset with respect to the sealing device in the direction of the rotation axis.

Media distribution apparatus

An apparatus is provided for molding plastic preforms into plastic containers, including a transport unit, on which a plurality of molding stations is provided and which moves the molding stations along a predefined transport path, wherein the molding stations respectively have blow mold parts that are movable relative to each other, the parts are movable relative to each other for opening and closing blow molds; and including a clean room that surrounds a transport path, along which the molding stations are transported, and which is separated from an environment by at least one wall; wherein the apparatus includes a cooling system for cooling at least one element of the respective molding stations; and wherein the apparatus includes a supply unit that supplies a gaseous medium to the clean room. The apparatus also includes a drying unit for drying the gaseous medium supplied to the clean room via the supply unit.

A device for treating at least one container, preferably for filling at least one container with a fill product and/or for reshaping a container, comprising an isolator chamber containing a defined atmosphere, in which the treatment of the container is carried out, and at least one container channel for conveying the container into the isolator chamber or for conveying the container out of the isolator chamber, and a suction device for sucking air out of the container channel and out of the isolator chamber, and a supply air preparation unit for preparing the air to be fed to the isolator chamber, wherein the suction device is connected with the supply air preparation unit in such a manner that at least a portion of the air sucked out of the container channel and/or the isolator chamber is fed to the supply air preparation unit for renewed preparation.

Device and method for treating at least one container

An apparatus and method for the shaping of plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers with at least one blow moulding station which is arranged on a conveying device rotatable about a pre-set axis of rotation (D). The blow moulding station has a blow mould and this blow mould forms a cavity in the interior of which the plastics material pre-forms are capable of being expanded by being acted upon with a gaseous medium to form the plastics material containers, with a stressing device, which acts upon the plastics material pre-forms with the gaseous medium in order to expand them, and with a clean room, which surrounds the blow moulding station at least in part. The clean room is bounded off from an environment by at least two walls which are movable relative to one another.

Apparatus and method of shaping plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers with air extraction guided through a surge chamber

A distribution apparatus for media and, in particular, for beverages may include a vessel suitable for holding the media, a first supply line which supplies the vessel with a first, liquid medium, and a second supply line which supplies the vessel with a second, gaseous medium. The first supply line and the second supply line are arranged in a stationary manner with respect to one another and the vessel is arranged such that it can rotate with respect to the first supply line and the second supply line. The first supply line and the second supply line open into the vessel in a region of the vessel which is above a filling level of the first, liquid medium.

A method for blow molding and filling sterile containers of preforms in a container treatment device containing a blow module, in which the preforms are transferred from a heating device to the blow module via transport devices, and the containers are transported to a filling machine and filled, where a sterilization treatment is performed each at the preforms and the containers, a main sterilization treatment is performed at the preforms between the heating device and the blow module, and only a subsequent sterilization treatment is performed at the containers on the transport path to the filling machine. Further, a device having a main sterilization module between the heating device and the blow module, and a subsequent sterilization module between the blow module and the filling machine.

Method and device for stretch blow molding or blow molding and filling sterile containers
