A screening device having a first oscillating body with first cross members and a second oscillating body with second cross members. The first and second cross members are arranged alternately to a screening surface and each includes clamping devices via which screen linings forming the screening surface are each clamped between a first cross member and a second cross member. The first and second oscillating bodies are set in oscillation relative to one another to alternately compress and expand the screen linings. The first oscillating body includes a first pair of push rods on which the first cross members are arranged and the second oscillating body includes a second pair of push rods on which the second cross members are arranged. A stationary support structure accommodates the two oscillating bodies. The first and second oscillating bodies are set in oscillation relative to the stationary support structure.

Screening device

A dryer for material to be dried (T), wherein an air supply channel () for supplying a drying gas to the drying region is provided, and at least one exhaust-gas opening () is provided for removing the drying gas, wherein the air supply channel () is surrounded at a distance by an outer wall (), which has at least one supply opening () and at least one removal opening () for the cooling medium (K), wherein between the at least one supply opening () and the at least one removal opening () a flow section () for the cooling medium (K) is formed between the outer wall () and the air supply channel (). According to the invention, the at least one removal opening () is configured as a through-opening in the air supply channel (), which connects the region bounded by the outer wall () to the interior of the air supply channel (), wherein the at least one through-opening () is arranged in the upper regions of the air supply channel () and is configured in such a way as to make it possible for the cooling medium (K) to flow downwards along the inner side of the air supply channel ().

Dryer for material to be dried

A sifting device including a sieve box (), which is caused to oscillate using a drive (), as a fundamental oscillation system having essentially horizontal first transverse carriers () and a supplementary oscillation system (), attached to the sieve box (), having essentially horizontal second transverse carriers (), positioned essentially parallel to the first transverse carriers, which are each positioned between two first transverse carriers () and are connected thereto by stretchable sieve liner strips (), with, for two sequential transverse carriers, the transverse carrier closer to the feeding side (A) being higher than the subsequent transverse carrier, which is closer to the discharge side (B), with the sifting device having at least two sections, in which the height difference between the centers of gravity of two sequential transverse carriers () is greater in the particular feeding-side section than in the discharge-side section.

Sifting device

A screening machine comprises a screen frame elastically supported on a fixed base and comprising screen cheeks and screen frame crossbeams which connect the screen cheeks, a drive for oscillating the screen frame, and a swing frame elastically coupled to the screen frame. The swing frame comprises thrust rods elastically coupled to the screen cheeks, fastening components projecting from the thrust rods and extending parallel to the screen cheeks, swing frame crossbeams arranged on each fastening component which connect the thrust rods, and at least two screening surfaces formed by screening mats extending substantially parallel to each other, the screening mats being alternately compressed and stretched in sections by being alternatingly fastened to the swing frame crossbeams and the screen frame crossbeams.
