The present disclosure relates to a measuring device () for measuring forces and/or torques between a motorized vehicle () and a trailer or attachment which is towed or pushed thereby, wherein the measuring device () has at least three sensor elements () which are arranged on a carrier (), transversely with respect to a virtual longitudinal axis of the motorized vehicle () and spaced apart from one another, wherein the measuring device () is arranged in a coupling region between the motorized vehicle () and the pulled or pushed trailer or attachment, and wherein, in order to transmit their measured values, the sensor elements () are connected to an evaluation device (), which is configured to convert these measured values into signals for force displays and/or torque displays according to magnitude and direction.

Force or torque measuring device for a motorized vehicle with an attachment

An external force-supported hydraulic braking system of a wheeled vehicle includes two brake circuits each having a main brake line configured to be connected to a pressure-carrying supply line or to a pressureless return line via a brake valve and further having a number of wheel brake lines branching from the main brake line and including a valve assembly of a TCS system. The valve assembly of the TCS system has a single TCS control valve formed as a 6/2-way magnetic switching valve configured to, in a non-actuated state, block a pressure-carrying main pressure line against two bypass lines each leading directly to a respective main brake line, and connect the two return lines to a pressureless collective line, and further configured to, in the actuated state, connect the main pressure line to the two bypass lines and block the two return lines against the collective line.

A rear spoiler device for a vehicle with at least one rear door has a side air guiding element which can be adjusted between a retracted basic position and a travel position for contour extension and aerodynamic air guiding, a roof air guiding element which can be adjusted between a basic position and a travel position for contour extension and aerodynamic air guiding, and a coupling device for coupling the adjustment movements of the side air guiding element and the roof air guiding element. The coupling device is provided between a lower side of the roof air guiding element and an upper end of the side air guiding element. The upper end of the side air guiding element can be adjusted along the lower side of the roof air guiding element during the adjustment movement.

Rear spoiler device for a vehicle

A rear spoiler device for a vehicle at least includes an air-guiding element () for lengthening the contour, in particular of a side surface () of the vehicle (), in a travel position, and a displacement device for displacing the air-guiding element () between the travel position and a home position. The support device has a four-bar linkage () with at least four joints or joint axes (A, B, C, D) for adjusting the air deflector element () between the basic position and the drive position.

A rear spoiler device for a vehicle with at least one rear door includes at least one lateral air-deflector element and a roof air-deflector element that can be adjusted between a default position and a travel position for contour extension and aerodynamic air conduction when the rear door is closed. The device comprises a wing, which has a first swivel joint to enable pivotable fastening to the rear door. The wing is adjustably attached to the lateral air-deflector element via at least one second swivel joint. At least one locking device is provided for locking the lateral air-deflector element with the wing. A coupling device is provided for coupling an adjustment of the locking device to the adjustment of the roof air-deflector element.

Setting or regulating a tire inflation pressure in one or more vehicle tires includes measuring and inflating in cycles. In each case, a seal is applied in at least one rotary transmitter. When the seal is applied, a tire filling pressure is changed and/or measured, and then the seal is removed again. The measuring and filling cycles can even be initiated while the vehicle is traveling. In intermediate time periods between the measuring or filling cycles, the seal is not applied. The measuring and filling cycles and the intermediate time periods are set as a function of ascertained current vehicle variables.

Tire pressure regulation and automatic repair method and system

A tire-pressure adjusting device for a vehicle tire inflation system distributes a compressed-air supply to a plurality of pneumatic apparatuses each comprising a rotary transmitter and measures the tire pressures of vehicle tires connected to the rotary transmitters. The tire-pressure adjusting device includes a control apparatus for receiving a pressure measurement signal and for outputting control signals and a modulation valve apparatus for receiving the control signals and for pneumatically activating one of a plurality of connected rotary transmitters in order to fill and to measure the pressure of at least one vehicle tire connected to the rotary transmitter. The modulation valve apparatus includes a rotary valve, which has a control element that can be rotated into a plurality of rotational positions. The control element activates one of the plurality of pneumatic apparatuses in each of the rotational positions of the control element.

Tire-pressure adjusting device for a tire inflation system of a vehicle

A pressure control device for a vehicle tire inflating system is configured to receive compressed air via a ventilating inlet, activate at least one seal for sealing an air chamber between a stator and a rotor of a rotary feedthrough via a seal actuating outlet, and ventilate a tire at a ventilating outlet pressure via a ventilating outlet and the feedthrough. A control valve is pneumatically controllable by a control pressure, the ventilating outlet being ventilated at the outlet pressure by the control valve only when the control pressure is at least a defined minimum pressure. In response to pressure build-up at the ventilating inlet at least to the minimum pressure, the control pressure and the seal actuating pressure are built up for ventilating, but build-up of the control pressure is delayed with respect to the seal actuating pressure. Activation of a seal prior to ventilation of the ventilating outlet is possible without additional actuating channels.

Pressure control device for a tire inflating system with a rotary feedthrough, and tire pressure changing method

In a vehicle combination including a hydraulically braked towing vehicle and a pneumatically braked trailer, a brake module serving as a trailer control valve has an electropneumatic pressure regulating module with an electronic controller that converts pressure signals from a sensor at a hydraulic pressure line from a hydraulically-actuated service brake master cylinder into control pulses for electromagnetic control valves in the regulating module. The control valves are connected via a pneumatic supply pressure inlet to a compressed air reservoir, and via a pneumatic control pressure outlet to a control pressure coupling head. The brake module has a redundancy valve arrangement and is connected via a hydraulic control inlet to the hydraulic pressure line, and via a pneumatic inlet to the reservoir, the hydraulic control pressure determining the magnitude of the pneumatic outlet pressure at an outlet of the redundancy arrangement, which is connected to the coupling head when an electrical/electronic component relevant to brake module operation fails. The pneumatic outlet is disconnected from the coupling head in fault-free operation. The regulating module and redundancy arrangement are connected pneumatically in parallel, and the pneumatic outlet can be connected exclusively to the coupling head.

A rear spoiler system for a vehicle has at least one roof spoiler comprising a roof air-deflector element. The roof spoiler is configured to be secured only on a rear door of the vehicle without being secured on the vehicle structure. The roof air-deflector element can be raised into a driving position automatically when the rear doors are closed, and can be moved automatically into an idle position when the rear doors are open.

A rear spoiler device for a vehicle that has a rear door includes an air guiding element configured to attach to a lateral rear zone of the vehicle. The air guiding element can be pivoted between a travel position for contour extension and aerodynamic air guidance with the rear door of the vehicle closed, and a position in which it is hinged inwards with the rear door open. To this end, the air guiding element can be received in a hinge of the rear door, and the rear spoiler device has a spring device that presses the air guiding element in the travel position against a counter-stop formed on the hinge, preferably, on a hinge plate fastened to the rear door.

A rear spoiler device for a vehicle, such as a utility vehicle or a trailer, includes at least one adjustable air guiding element for aerodynamically guiding air and extending the contour of the lateral region of the rear of the vehicle. The guide element is adjustable between a travel position, in which it extends rearwards in a lateral region of the rear for aerodynamically guiding air and extending the contour, and a stowed position. The air guiding element is spring pre-loaded into the extended travel position and is adjusted into the stowed position by pressing the guide element from the rear side counter against the spring pre-load.

A driving assistance method is provided for a vehicle in which the speed of the vehicle is controlled by means of a longitudinal guidance control system and the lateral guidance of the vehicle is controlled by means of a lateral guidance control system, and wherein lateral guidance control, which includes yaw-rate control and/or lateral acceleration limitation, has priority over speed control. To reduce the danger of an unstable handling condition of the vehicle, and to assist the vehicle operator in driving the vehicle, the longitudinal guidance control system is activated during lateral guidance control and, after lateral guidance control has ended, the longitudinal guidance control system is turned off or is shifted to an operating condition that accelerates the vehicle with longitudinal acceleration below a predetermined index longitudinal acceleration.
